Summary:
Brand new to the market mid-April 2023 - all NEW carpet, furniture, and bedding. This spacious, elegant home is 1.4 miles from Costco in Boise and 6 min from the Boise Airport. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 10 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 18.

The Space:
Downstairs sleeps 4, upstairs sleeps 14. NO air mattresses involved :-)
Everyone gets to sleep on a memory foam mattress in a real bed or sleeper sofa.

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

Guest Access:
You can use the entire house. Parking is in the garage, the driveway, and on the street.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a residential neighborhood and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 6 min. To Bogus Basin: 50 min. To Eagle: 22 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 13 min. To Downtown Boise: 14 min. To The Village in Meridian: 14 min. To Costco: 4 mins. To Walmart: 6 min.

Getting Around:
You will definitely want to have a car.

This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.

The house was great and had plenty of space for our group. We didn’t use the backyard as it’s cold outside but it does have a large backyard that would be great if you have littles or in the summer. Our host was responsive and we did have everything we needed at the house. Thank you!

Great House!

The host, Sam, is very prompt in responding and cares that your experience is a good one. This house is in a great area, it is nice and well appointed. Love all the bedrooms and the view from the master? Chefs kiss! A 5 star review would come from me if everything was brand new. The carpet is worn but thats my only negative. I have been looking for a house in Boise that I want to stay in whenever I go and I think I found it with this one!

We were a fairly large group of 14 dads and kids attending the nxr xcountry meet. The location was great, just 20 minutes away from the park. The house has enough beds so everybody slept comfortably. The kitchen was quite nice

Girls trip

My daughter was competing in Miss dance Idaho. Her teammates came to support her . This house was perfect for the event. Everyone had a bed. It was clean and had plenty of space for the 12 of us. The communication with the host was awesome! It is in a good location to get to anywhere that you need to go. We would definitely book again!

Great place for a larger group

We can to visit our daughter for family weekend at BSU. This house was very nice and clean. It had a great backyard for the kids and dog and where we enjoyed a bbq with our daughter and her friends and families as well! We would definitely come back if we have a large group.

Perfect vacation home

We used this home for my son’s graduation. Had family members come in from all over the country and this home became “home base”. SO close to the airport. So close to downtown. Big backyard perfect for a spring family gathering. Plenty of space for washers, sitting around the fire and playing games on the back patio. Excellent stay. Thank you so much.

Well Depicted

The house was exactly as described, and quite comfortable for our group of eight adults and five kids. We especially enjoyed the back patio area and the open living space on the ground floor. Perfect place to stay

We were in town visiting family and wanted something with an accessible location with plenty of beds and a comfortable place to stay. This fit all of that and more. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Sam was super quick to get back to us when we asked questions, which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a place in Boise.

Superb. My wife and I were I town to see our daughter and grandkids. We enjoyed the home. Perfect to family gatherings. We loved the location. Close to our family members, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the Boise Airport. The owners were always very responsive. They gave great directions about access, TVs, among a host of other needed bits of information. We plan to rent the same property again. House that fits families with sports.

The layout was great and perfect for the group we had. Close to stores. Nice backyard with patio. A lot of space for family dinners for everyone to sit around. After dinner, we played a lot of games, so there was more than enough room for everybody. All around a wonderful place to stay. Great home for families

We had a great stay at this property- lots of beds including bunks for kids. Large nice yard and plenty of space inside and out for eating together. Sam was very helpful answering questions and getting us set up ahead of arrival.
