At Princesa Resort, families can create memories that will last a lifetime. Our condo is the perfect place to stay for your beach vacation. With magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez and common grounds, you can enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour from our balcony.
It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Our goal was to create a comfortable and equipped space that can be enjoyed by friends, families, couples, and those looking to immerse in the relaxing vibe of Rocky Point.

Princesa resort is well established on sandy beach. The ownership and management go to great efforts to keep this property clean, well appointed and enjoyable to our guest. We offer newly remodeled pools, jacuzis, volleyball court and many other family fun activities. We are just step away from the beach palapas, a few steps more and your toes will be enjoying the sea of Cortez.
