Kathy was beyond amazing as a host! She was so kind,and made sure we had everything our family needed to enjoy our vacation! The condo was so clean, fully stocked with everything you would need, and extras. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be staying here again. It gave me such peace of mind having all the amenities making it that much easier to relax and enjoy!

We loved everything about our stay here! The condo was clean, cute and comfortable. The view was amazing! It was well stocked with everything a family needs for a beach vacation. The resort was a lot of fun and the beach access it provided was unbeatable! Kat was extremely helpful and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing views and condo was excellent!

The host was very responsive during our stay. The condo was very clean and had great amenities. Beach access was phenomenal with great views to watch the sunset from the patio balcony. One of the best properties in Puerto Penasco.

Was a great stay!

We enjoyed our time in the condo. There were lots of beach towels, beach toys and chairs. First time to this location. Was very happy. Plenty of restaurants but away from the crowds. Would stay here again

Great Rocky Point rental. Owner is great. Place is in great condition and very well taken care of. Will definitely rent this room again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying in this property. It was clean, in a great location and every amenity you would need. From spices for cooking to beach towels. I will be back.

Great Weekend Vacation

The place was great! Clean and well stocked with anything we could need. The Owner was very good with communication and anything that we might had needed. She also suggested some pretty good places to go and places to eat. My family loved the trip and where we stayed. Will definitely stay here again.

We claim both Kansas and Arizona as home. Par5 time in Phoenix with time out in Puerto Penasco or the Mountains. We love sharing our beachside place with others who have an appreciation of the culture and these therapeutic surroundings. Love this little seaside fishing village!!!

Simple, but well kept and secure condo community with an amazing staff!!! On site restaurant! Well stocked kitchen. Pantry with beach chairs and towels. Everything we need right there. On site bodega for ice or forgotten groceries and sundries. Assistance for any emergency or needs with very good communication from our HOA,cleaner and handy man, high speed wifi

This resort is known for being closest to the ocean's edge to the Sea of Cortez.
We keep a well equipped open pantry with beach gear and larger cooking appliances and pots. First aid kit and smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in kitchen and bedroom. Fire blanket. Hair dryers in both bathrooms, newly remodeled bathrooms and newly painted walls throughout. RO at the kitchen sink in addition to the pure 5 gallon water jug. More sleep accommodations than all other 2 bed 2 bath in this resort. Fun family atmosphere here in the "Parrot Condo"
The security team is the best! Friendly staff throughout the grounds are here for you 24 hours a day.
