Smart & Cozy 5BR Wallingford Vacation Home

Bring your family and friends to unwind in the heart of Wallingford's beautiful neighborhood! Our house is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, & a short bus or car ride to downtown. In true Seattle style, we offer a variety of coffee-brewing options for DIY types, and the house is one block from a coffee shop for those who like a barista's touch. Please also be reminded that our property is not appropriate for loud gatherings
Guest access
The guest will have access to the entire upstairs unit only. No access to the storage area downstairs.
Other things to note
SUPPLIES:
✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their supplies for the remaining days.

WASHER AND DRYER:
✤ Please be aware that we do not have a washer or dryer available for guests' use, but there is a laundromat less than 3 minutes drive away.

INTERNET:
✤ We have gigabit fiber internet. WiFi access only.

Nice house and location be careful of hidden charges

The place is nice, great for a group. I did however get charged an extra cleaning fee after cleaning up with our group, which was unjust. Unless you are willing to leave the property absolutely spotless I wouldn't rent, so perhaps a great rental for a family, not a group of friends.

Excellent Property

This property was perfect for our family group of ten people attending a graduation at UW. We used the entire house and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and is a coffee lovers dream with several ways to make coffee. The deck was lovely and there is a view of downtown Seattle from the upper deck. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The host was very quick to answer questions. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Lots of room and great neighborhood

Plenty of room for the price and great neighborhood. We used our VRBO house as an ideal launch pad to explore Seattle

Great for a big family!

I stayed here in a group of 10 family members, and together we ranged in age from 3 to 74. It was PERFECT to meet our needs. We had the oldest members of the group on the main level so they wouldn’t have to take the stairs to their room/bathroom, my group with the 3 year old on the lower level, and everyone else on the upper level. The location was very convenient to walk to some great restaurants, gelato, parks, and breweries, and a quick Lyft to get to the cruise terminal and Pike’s Place Market. We appreciated the thoughtful recommendations provided by the hosts, and they were quick to respond to any questions that came up. We would definitely enjoy staying here again and spending more time in Seattle!
