Explore all the natural beauty & outdoor recreation that North Idaho has to offer from this centrally located, newly built townhome in the charming & historic town of Priest River. Close to town with public boat launches, beaches, parks & dining. Within half hour of Priest Lake & Sandpoint and about an hour to Schweitzer & Silverwood. Enjoy winter & summer fun here!

• Dedicated work space

• Keurig style coffee maker & French press
• A ground floor bedroom with new queen bed
• A ground floor bathroom with walk in shower
• Hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap provided
• Walk in closet in one of upstairs bedrooms

We chose this neighborhood because of it's comfortable family vibe. The homes in the neighborhood are all new and well kept and it's close to town and services.

I think what makes our home stand out in this area is the comfort level of the house itself. We work hard to keep everything in top shape for your enjoyment. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes ourselves so we took note of the things we found we really appreciate when we travel and tried to include it all in our home.
