Sunset House - Beautiful Marco Island 2/2 Beach Front Condo

Spacious 5th floor 2/2 beach front condo. This unit has been updated with new flooring, bathrooms and kitchen. Has a large balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise overlooking the city. Ideal location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Building is oceanfront with a large pool, social room, grill area, parking area and beautiful grounds.
One bedroom contains a King size bed and the second bedroom contains two queen size beds. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bathtub.

Additional $150 charge as seen on payment details is for the SSH building association for rental application (paid by renter). Email must be provided by renter so that an association application link could be provided by the owner to the renter to submit directly to the association at least 30 days prior to check-in. Absolutely No smoking. No vaping, No Pets. 30 Day minimum rental per association rules.

Our building, Sunset House, has in-house rules that must be followed. Rules are available at the main office. Office is open Monday through Friday.
You must register upon check in. Registration forms are in the office and in the mailroom. Drop off forms in the office or office door mail slot.
Association application must be completed 30 days prior to check-in. Owner will request renters email to provide link.
