Great spot to get to Raymond James and downtown Ybor.

Came to town to catch Kenny Chesney at Raymond James Stadium. Check in was easy, just sent thru message. Description accurate and the place is fairly big. Nice having access to the courtyard/patio area out back. Neighborhood looks sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. Bedroom bed is a full and on the firm side but nice. Pull-out is a queen but there’s is a bar that kind of bi-sects the mattress. Small sectional couch pulls out only to a foot-rest but was comfortable enough for a teenager. Consider bringing a blanket and towels. Great stay.

Awesome!

The house was great with everything you need from kitchen products to bathroom:) the back yard was amazing and had tons of games with an amazing sitting area! We will stay again the host was friendly:)

Definitely the most interesting stay we've had

The place isn't bad for the price. The outside area is big and cute perfect to let your dog run around. This isn't a stand alone house. It shares a yard with another unit and is behind the main house. The neighborhood really isn't great and I'd only recommend it if you're already familiar with the area or a solo male traveler. Unit wasn't ready when check in time came. Did get a small refund for the delay. Unfortunately the unit wasn't super clean. I cleaned the walls and toilets when we arrived. Definitely need to spray for nats. The place does have alot of potential but would need to maybe put in a carport and just upgrade some of the cleaning stuff. We did try to extend our stay just because we were so tired from the night before but unfortunately their was another booking error so we had to make other accomodations. This place is good for a short stay if you don't have a car or alot of belongings. But I wouldn't recommend for families with kids. Host was overall night and definitely wasn't the worst place we stayed in just surprised none of the other reviews mention the neighborhood. We brought every single one of our things inside the unit because we didn't feel safe leaving it in the car.

Gasparilla Half Marathon

This was the perfect spot to rest our heads for the weekend before running the Gasparilla Half Marathon on Sunday! We were about 10 minutes from the convention center, making it easy to go from our place to downtown and back again. Also, we were just minutes from La Segunda Bakery - a MUST try!
