The attached bathroom features a large granite top vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and two twin beds, Smart TV and a large private balcony overlooking the parking area and grounds. The owners of the property have an upgraded high-speed mesh wifi system for guests to use. They've also supplied a basketball and 4 pickleball paddles.
