Carolina Beach Club 225 underwent a complete renovation in May 2021, featuring luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances and cabinets, remodeled bathrooms with tiled showers, and brand-new furnishings. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a comfortable living/dining area combination. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed.

As a guest, you'll enjoy access to the Hilton Ocean Oak Resort amenities, including two heated pools, a hot tub, a pool bar with a restaurant, and a fitness center.

Conveniently located a short walk from Coligny Plaza, you'll find numerous shops and restaurants. Families with young children can also visit the newly opened Celebration Park, just across from Coligny Plaza.

Parking Notes: The Carolina Beach Club limits parking to one car per unit.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Excellent location with added Hilton amenities give this condo a great value. Beachfront pool is heated and there is a hot tub as well which is nice when weather is cooler. Do not count on eating at the poolside grille as there are times the credit card machine is down (and they do not accept cash) therefore only Hilton guests (charge to room)are able to dine there when that happens. It was great to have access to outdoor games like ping pong as well as the indoor gaming room on a rainy day. I enjoyed the clean and minimalistic style of the condo with hard flooring throughout which kept it dust free and sanitary. Style is updated and clutter free. Only thing really is that the couch and porch could use a refresh. There were a couple cups in the kitchen cabinet that were not clean, but overall kitchen was great with basic cookware stocked. I was surprised there were no luggage racks and the bedroom closets were small so we didnt really have a great place to keep our luggage but we managed. We were cold during the night with just a sheet and very thin quilt on the beds. There was one spare blanket in the condo, but additional blankets which would have been really helpful. This unit is right next to the elevator and since the bedrooms are both on that side, it would be slightly noisy in the earlier part of evening when try to put the kids to sleep. After 10:30 or so it was very quiet as elevator and hallway activity significantly slowed down. Overall we enjoyed the condo, were

Perfect Stay!

This condo was the perfect size for 4. The new finishes, furniture and decor were beautiful! The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was well appointed. The location can’t be beat having access to the Hilton amenities! We will stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, condo was in a good condition. Mattress in main bedroom could certainly be replaced. I know it didn’t advertise as having one, but a keurig would be a nice touch. Pool bar next door was not accepting cash or credit cards, only room charges to the Hilton resort, not Carolina Beach Club units. That was a bummer.

Beautiful condo

Very nice and clean condo, close to the beach and other attractions. Great pool and other stuff available to play with your friends. Wish for better communication with check in process etc. but overall great place to go stay. Would recommend to others.

We love this unit!

This is our second stay at this unit and the location is wonderful. Condo has plenty of room and was clean and updated. Just outside elevator access and steps from pool and beach access. Love the property and can’t wait to go back

Great location! Beautiful and clean.

We had a wonderful trip at this condo. We have stayed at this same location in a different unit and decided to come back because the location is so great. Loved the access to the amenities of the resort next door. We were the first to stay here since it had been renovated and the owners did a fantastic job. Everything is so new and clean and it has beautiful finishes. They even left a bottle of champagne for us! Will definently recommend. Thank you!

Nice and walkable location

The unit was clean and the beds fine, although the pillows were thin. I wish the sitting area was a little bigger for our family of four. We ended up inside quite a bit as it rained everyday we were visiting. It was great to have two full bathrooms.The unit at the Carolina Beach Club was walkable and had access to the Hilton Vacation Club next door. There was a pool bar/restaurant at the Hilton pool, but their credit card reader was down, so we were unable to order from there. That was kind of a bummer.We had access to two pools. Between the two pools we were always able to find at least two open chairs. The pool temp was very cold and the hot tubs were very hot. There is a nice path to the beach as well. The ocean temp was very nice throughout the week. There were beach chairs and umbrellas able to be rented.We were walkable to Coligny Plaza (about a 10 minute walk/4 min drive).

We love this unit

This is our second time renting this unit. We have stayed in several others at Carolina beach club, but we find this one to be the most spacious… Particularly because of the layout of the kitchen/main living area. The appliances are very modern and nice, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We also love the window that faces the ocean. it is also nice to be on the second floor if you want to skip the elevator, that is pretty slow! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!!

The only issue... you will only get 2 towels, 1 face towel, and 1 washcloth per guest. An extra set is $35 per set. There is no washing machine in the unit and you would have to go to another floor to wash these. Other than this, very nice!

Conveniently located to the beach and 2 resort pools and within walking distance to Coligny Park with shopping and restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent directly on the beach. Property well maintained. Laundry facilities available on-site but bring quarters as there is no change machine. Condo needs a couple of laundry baskets to make doing laundry more convenient.

Parking disaster

Parking was ridiculous even though we had a room pass guaranteeing us one spot that we paid for. We had a handicapped plate as well. I had to wait until someone left before I could grab their space . Great vacation

We liked our apartment and premises. Beautiful pools, cafe/bar/small shop with Starbucks coffee, clean bathrooms, etc. our apartment was clean and cosy. Just a side note for those who are visiting this place, bring your own salt shaker, cooking oil, sugar, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags..these items are not provided. It’s not a big deal for us, as we know that some properties provide you with these items and some don’t. The unit also does not have washer and dryer. I guess you can find these somewhere on the premises. While there is no natural light in the bedrooms, the living room has plenty of sunlight and a side view of the ocean. Overall, nice and clean place and it was enough space for 3 adults and 2 kids. We would come back again!

Good things come in small packages

This is our second time staying at a property managed by Terry Notartomaso, and she does not disappoint! The newly renovated condo was clean and beautiful, and we had everything we needed. Although the condo is quite small, every square foot was utilized to provide maximum storage. It worked fine for our family of four. We appreciated the ocean view from the dining table, the garage parking, and most of all, the amenities at the Hilton Ocean Oak next door. Our kids loved their heated pool, and we enjoyed drinks from the bar and grill. The location was also top notch - just off the ocean and within walking/biking distance to the shops, restaurants, and playground at Coligney. Our only complaint was the lock box at the Vacation Time office. We arrived past closing and had to get our key out of the box on the side of the building, which was not working. After driving almost 15 hours, it wasn't ideal to have to call someone at 2am for help. The only other downside is that there is not laundry in the condo, but rather, coin operated machines on the first floor that are shared by the building.

Excellent location, modern condo with great amenities. The unit provides access to the Hilton property, with pool, gym, gas grill, patio games, and direct beach access. The hotel parking lot even had an EV charger. As room for improvement I would recommend some basic condiments and coffee filters.

Reviewer Comments: Pro -close to beach-partial beach view-appears to have been recently updated-access to ocean oak resort amenities -pictures fairly represent condition-organized check-in-no dogsCon-small for a family of 5-although the unit itself was nice, the building was dated -no bathtub -no bedroom view: the living area / balcony has a view of the water but the bedrooms look out to the parking garage / ocean oak building-not enough dedicated parking for Carolina beach club (there is an overflow lot across the street that seems safe to park your car overnight)Good option if you value being in walking distance to the beach / having a beach view. Unit was a bit small for us would be good for a family of 3 or 4.

Great place for our family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were super happy with our stay. It was the perfect size and location for our family with 3 kids younger than 7 years old. Very close walk to the beach and pool. Very easy drive or bike ride to dinners and shopping. We even walked to a local coffee shop one morning. The condo was also in great condition and very clean. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. We would definitely return next year!
