We made every effort to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it requires a full replacement, which the owner has been notified about. However, this process will take some time. To minimize the impact on your stay, we provided a temporary solution with a mini fridge. While we understand your request for a 50% refund, we regret that we are unable to accommodate that amount.
