3rd floor condo/apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Refurbished July 2024.
Located directly by Lake Cay, with a great view over the lake. You can also enjoy the seasonal Sea World Fireworks from the balcony ! Pool area with 'regular' pool and children's pool right outside. Gigantic Publix supermarket, NYPD Pizza, Beth's Burger and Asian restaurants within easy walking distance. Entire unit air-conditioned, elevators in the building, and wireless internet. Washing room with washer and dryer, Fully equipped kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Fridge with ice / water, coffee maker etc. Living room with 42' HDTV and sofa group. Every bedroom has 32' HDTV, drawers and walk in closet. Master and 2nd bedroom has King Size beds. 3rd bedroom has 2 x Twin beds.

We had a great time there but the washer didn’t work right and eventually locked our clothes in, the front desk seems to be helping us get our clothes back to us… so will be great if that happens!

Spacious apartment in excellent location.Arrived and had check-in sorted within a few minutes - all directions and instructions were very clear.The apartment is very well equipped and is ideally located, in our opinion, as it is both close to the parks, has supermarket, shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as great facilities within the complex itself. All communication was very friendly and responsive both with the owner and the on-site management.Will definitely return when in Orlando again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Property in very good condition excellent position (just a few minutes from Universal / International Drive). Quiet location overlooking the lake. Short walk to the pool / bar. Larger pool / bar and gym available at main clubhouse just a few minutes away. Publix on the doorstep.

Perfect Getaway Spot – Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo! The space was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone in our group to feel right at home. Each bedroom was cozy and well-furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.Check-in was seamless—clear instructions and no stress. The location was great, with plenty to do nearby, but also quiet and relaxing when we wanted to wind down.Highly recommend this condo for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation spot. Close to all the parks

The condo was very spacious and there’s a super market right next to the complex. The pools are refreshing and clean. I would stay here again the next time I am in Orlando.

Great location, clean apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean. The check in process was easy. The apartment is right next door to a supermarket and some takeaway places which were great to have there after a long day at the parks We used the pool several times which is just next to the apartment, it was great for our 4 year old as it was a good depth for him.

Great Orlando stay

Great location for Orlando fun. Spacious for a family of 5. Only thing is put all food in fridge, or ants will attack it!

Love vista cay

In town for aau national’s volleyball. The condo ( except for an internet and cable glitch) and new pool were perfect. 3rd year at vista cay and will definitely be back next year.

Excellent Condo and Location

Lovely and clean and very good sized Condo, catering for up to six. Location is perfect, with a 20 minute drive to all disney parks and the same to Universal. Very close to Sea World and Discovery Cove which were less than a 10 minute drive. Check in and out was simple and the room was lovely. Host Torgier was helpful and explained everything clearly on booking. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Florida. Highly recommended

Perfect spot for everything

This is such a great spot. I went for work and my family went with me. It’s close enough to the convention center and still close enough to all the parks. Restaurants are relatively close and the market is walking distance. Even though the pool area was being remodeled the pool was open and they all got to hang out and sun bath by the pool. Love it and I’ll do the same place next time as well.

Great Unit, Super Convenient, and Very Clean

We enjoyed 10 days in this unit. It is super convenient to Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Sea World, and others. The unit was as described and very clean. The master mattress was nice, but a little firmer than I like. The guest bath needs a longer shower curtain so water doesn't come out of the shower. I would stay in this unit again!

A short family break near Disney!

The condo was clean, modern and well-resourced. There was a lovely pool that the kids enjoyed when we were not hopping through Disney/Universal. There is an excellent supermarket across the building - so convenient. Millenium that manages the condo were very friendly and helpful. The owner Torgeir responds to requests and queries very quickly. We'd love to go back there. We'd definitely recommend it.
