Looking for a luxurious yet peaceful retreat for your Sedona vacation? Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on a 2-acre, fenced-in property is the perfect getaway. With stunning views of Mingus Mountain and Sedona's famous red rocks, you can soak in the natural beauty of Arizona or enjoy stargazing around the fire pit. There is even a dedicated yoga area for your relaxation! 6 person luxury hot tub coming 10/26/2023. Located a few miles away from multiple Verde Valley wineries, you can easily explore the local wine country during your stay.

Here you will find:

Lightening fast internet (up to 1000 mbps) for all your work from home and streaming needs.

Yoga area with yoga mats, medicine ball, yoga block, foam roller, etc for your relaxing vacation.

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliance and outdoor gas grill for your cooking needs.

Smart TV in living room with plenty of seating and lots of board games, plus blankets.

Plenty of out door covered and uncovered seating on both front and back porch for a morning coffee or wine tasting. We even have a wine decanter for wine enthusiasts!

Master bedroom has king bed with walk in closet and master bedroom.

Two bedrooms with 1 queen bed each share the Jack and Jill bathroom. One room has a smart TV and the other one has a desk.

4th bedroom with 2 full bed has easy access to hallway full bathroom.

We have a firm no smoking policy.

We are on a well and septic system. So please try your best to conserve water. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless it is septic safe toilet paper (the toilet paper we provide is septic safe)

Great Stay

The home was nicely decorated, clean, super functional for a small family gathering of 10 with 2 small children. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening when the temp cooled down, and had the best corn throw contests ! Would stay there again !

Relaxing and great property!

Wonderful floor plan. Kitchen well equipped and very functional. Hot tub truly an added bonus. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Place is great for a large family or a group of friends.

Beautiful house!

This place was so clean and well decorated...it felt like home! Great layout, plenty of space for everyone and the cornhole game was a nice addition to the backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Birthday Trip!

My husband and I celebrated my 30th birthday by taking this trip with our six close friends. The VRBO was perfect for eight people. It was super clean, the hot tub is perfect, and the beds are very comfortable. It’s in a rural area so it’s a bit of a trek to get to Sedona but there is plenty to see in the area. 10/10 would come back!!

Wonderful stay

This home was perfect for our group of 6. Home was spacious with beautiful landscaping. Cozy in the front and back of property. Home was well stocked with most everything needed(except iron/board). Would stay at this cozy home again. Just a short drive to Cottonwood and Sedona.

Easy peasy

This is how a vacation is supposed to be. Plenty of shampoo and soap. Hot tub actually works. Minimal cleaning for check out. I've never had all these at once at a property. This property manager knows how to treat their guests!

Cute place, spacious, could use to have some things repaired, fire place inoperable, replace the water filer, bathroom shower handle fell off when tried to use it. Located on a corner lot hear vehilces all day/night.

Great place to stay! Would book again!

We had a group of 8 adults, 4 couples, and we loved how clean the property was, how communicative the host was with questions or request. We all spoke highly of the layout having two bedrooms on each side of the house. The host provided great recommendations for food close by. Will/would book again in a heart beat. Also, the hot tub was a wonderful addition.

Everything you need and a great location

The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space for four adults, very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the yoga area and hot tub after long days of hiking. The mountain views are excellent and we had the opportunity for some amazing star gazing when it was clear. Host was very responsive to questions while we were there, and check-in/check-out instructions were clear and simple. Great location – plenty to do in the Cornville/Cottonwood area and a short drive to area attractions, hiking, and Sedona.

Nice getaway home to Sedona

Xiaoxiao’s place is one of the best vacation homes I have stayed. It was perfect for our group of two families. The house looks newly renovated and has all the cooking appliances and amenity we need. The house is clean and well decorated. The kids loved the Yoga room and the backyard for play. It’s a short drive (~25min) to Sedona and we spent two days exploring Sedona area. Thanks Xiaoxiao for great communication and hospitality!

Clean and wonderful views!

This location was a short drive to take in Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona. The house was very clean and the views from both the front and back of the property are spectacular.

Wonderful place stay

Myself and 7 other girlfriends came to stay at this wonderful property. It was well stocked and clean. The location was wonderful, only thing is if you are looking to be close to downtown cottonwood it’s approx a 15minute drive, which we did not mind. It was quite neighborhood. Every friend and family orientated. Loved the house layout too. Did not feel “tight or cramped” having 8 ladies staying. Would stay again.

Well exceeded expectations!

I had never rented a private home before, and wasnt honestly sure what to expect. But this amazing property set the bar exceptionally high for any other property I rent in the future. THEY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING! There was everything I needed in a kitchen, and the bathroom to enjoy my stay with a simple trip to the store for food. The only thing that I was expecting to find but didn't was coffee filters for the drip style coffee maker I found in the kitchen and bought coffee for, but thats not really even a complaint as they had a kurig with pods and teas at the ready. Loved the light switch lables, it was so esy to identify which switches do what in the house. Phenomenal views from the front of back yards, and it was so nice to have quiet. The house was clean and presented very well! Will absolutely stay here again if I'm wanting a vacay again in the Sedona area.

Nice home outside of Sedona

We stayed at this property for 2 nights on our 10 day trip out west. We started and spent most time in the Zion National Park area, then 2 nights here for time in Sedona, and then 2 nights in Scottsdale. The home was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have stayed right in Sedona, but the prices are much higher and this home had what we needed for a great price. Only about a 20-25 minute drive into Sedona. Excellent coffee shop right down the street from the home (BrewHa). Being outside of the city was nice without all the noise and lights, the stars were awesome. Cornville definitely isn't as nice as Sedona, but again, a short drive in and much cheaper area. Very fast communication back and forth with the management company.
