Lovely 4 bedroom hideaway with hot-tub, Finnish sauna, outdoor shower, private view of starlit sky from hot-tub and back deck. Front deck to watch the sunset. Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with filtered water (not RO) at the sink, no need to buy a lot of plastic water jugs. Best quality, high thread count white linens on all the beds. Open floor plan, minutes to stores, trails, red rock views and fun! The perfect retreat for family and friends. August 2025 Renovation including new wood floors etc.

Such a cozy, clean and comfortable home tucked into a wooded, quiet and private neighborhood! We loved having a hot tub and sauna to finish off our adventure days. This home has a great location and we loved our time there!

An excellent stay! Comfortable beds and pillows, well stocked kitchen, hot tub at a perfect 104 degrees and all areas pristine and clean. Also, the host, Joel communicated all essential check in items and rules very timely. Many thanks, we can't wait to return!

This was a wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our group. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The bonus was watching the hot air balloons from the front porch with our morning coffee.

We have stayed in Joel’s beautiful home several times and will definitely return. Very comfortable home with very nice recent updates. We love the sauna and hot tub. Location is perfect: close to everything yet quiet/peaceful. The host is a great communicator and very thoughtful to guests. This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona by far.

Great place to relax and recharge, very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Excellent location near restaurants, grocery stores, Farmer's Market, Hiking Trails, and ATV Rentals. Beautiful views from the porch, and the patio with an abundance of bird watching, and stargazing.

We had the most incredible time in Sedona! This house is full of charm and close to everything, yet you still feel like you have plenty of privacy. Joel was very quick and attentive to answer any questions. We really enjoyed the shower amenities! We loved the hot tub and sauna as well! We completely fell in love with Sedona and hope to come back soon!!

A beautiful well-appointed house and a gracious attentive host made for a memorable stay in Sedona. Located close to downtown with its famous shopping and dining. Also close to many hiking and off-road trails along Dry Creek Road. And after a long hard day of outdoor activities, a hot tub.

The house was in a great area of Sedona for hiking and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Joel was great and answered any questions we had immediately. There were 4 of us on this trip and the house could have easily accommodated a party of 8. We highly recommend the property.

Fabulous location

This property was exactly like the listing. It was just what we needed for our time in Sedona. Joel was responsive and a great host. Sedona is one of our favorite destinations. I don’t need to look for another place anymore. This property is our go to spot.

One Night Stay

Our family was passing through Sedona and I was worried we wouldn't be able to find a VRBO for only a night. The host was wonderful to work with and house was exactly as described. Would recommend host and house and look forward to staying longer next time!

This place is a GEM!!! I came with 5 girlfriends to sight see and hike and we all loved this lovely home. So comfortable (bedding, beds, and furniture), and very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The views are spectacular!! Host was excellent to deal with! Highly recommend and we will be back.
