Welcome to the Skydance Lifestyle. This hilltop villa with 360 views of Carmel Valley is unparalleled. Just beyond the fog line with incredible weather, enjoy the peacefulness of being on a 20 acre property. The elegant design of the house with new pool and BBQ enables you to relax and rejuvenate. The house has amazing views from all rooms. There is plenty of space to play and rest. Relax poolside, wander the property to enjoy seasonal fruits. Walk the on-property walking trail and enjoy the view, which is amazing any time of day.
30 minutes to Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey allows you to conveniently explore the area and come home to a warmer, peaceful environment.

Carmel River is just down the hill for walking trails to Garland Park and a fresh dip in the river.

Our family has had many memorable visits enjoying the seasonal fruits and native plants and stunning sunsets. The kids can run free with endless space. Even when you decide to stay inside, the house allows for separation and various indoor experiences.
