The space
Welcome to Eden! The outdoor space is surrounded by pergolas and artificial turf. The private heated spa lap pool of 5X4 meters is engulfed by the villa offering tranquility, wind protection, and privacy. The pool water is heated to maintain a warm temperature even during the colder day(s) (which, let's face it, we don't have many).

The structure covers over 2,000 sqft of indoor space. It consists of 4 double bedrooms plus 1 guest house with bunk beds + pullout couch, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 2 dining spaces indoor & outdoor, and a home theatre. There is extra sleeping space in the movie room of (2) queen pullout couch.

The villa is equipped with TV's (Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Youtube, YoutubeTV), WiFi, Projector with Projector Screen with surround sound, Electrical Fireplace, and more.

Bathrooms have all amenities, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and towels. All bathrooms feature a modern design with LED lighting, and awesome built-in shower niche.

All beds are equipped with nice and comfortable mattresses. Comfortable pillows and bed linens.

A maintenance team comes around twice a week to take care of the pool, plants, pergola, deck, and water tanks.

In order to ensure the property maintains a high standard of hygiene, we make sure the villa is fully ventilated and sanitized before and after every booking. Remote controllers are sanitzed after every stay. In addition, all switches and door handles are thoroughly sanitized. All linens and towels are washed at high temperatures. The villa is also equipped with a medical kit and disinfectant gels. Guests have the option to self-check in to the villa but I always am there to walk through the property together.

We offer our guest a Lap Pool Spa that is over 18 ft long by 8 ft wide. Powered and touch screen by Wellis Spa. Heats up for cooler nights and gets cold for Summer days.
Guest access
To enter the house, you will be provided a code upon arrival. All doors share the same code except the side door which there is a key. If you have a vehicle we provide a fob that will allow you to open and close the gate.

Additional Fees:
Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) - $100 per day - Please let us know if you will be utilizing this amenity prior to arrival so we can unlock the system and start the heating process as it can take up to 6 hours to reach its required temperature.
