Premier Host - New Rental - check our other reviews - Renovated & spotless 4 bdrm home with 2.5 baths. Open concept living with kitchen & large island with 4 counter stools, walk in hidden pantry, propane cooking stove, dining table for 6, sunny living room with smart tv & propane fireplace, 2nd living room with smart tv & slider doors to the spacious deck & gazebo with hot tub ,water views and fenced in yard for privacy also a trampoline and basketball net for kids. 2nd floor features Primary bedroom with King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks & walk in shower & 2nd floor waterview deck off the master. 3 additional guest bedrooms with all queen size beds + 1full bathroom with bathtub/shower and laundry room on 2nd level. Home is equipped with 3 heat pumps for AC. Side entry with mudroom off the garage & another stair case up to the kids play room /rec room over the garage with tv & toys. Conveniently located only mins to Downtown Ch’town, Victoria Park & City Centre/UPEI.

First experience in PEI

This was our first trip to Charlottetown and PEI. The house was beautiful and wonderfully kept. We loved the convenience of the location, the hot tub and the overall comfort of the house. The kids loved biking down to Victoria Park. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Charlottetown.

Outstanding!

I had an exceptional stay at this rental! The property truly exceeded my expectations with its fantastic amenities. The trampoline and hot tub were standout features, providing endless fun and relaxation. There is a seperate play room with TV for the kids, which entertained my 4 and 6 year olds for hours and permitted some quiet time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners. The furniture throughout the home was both comfortable and high-end, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The bedroom was spacious with incredibly comfortable beds, ensuring we had a restful night’s sleep. The location was ideal, just a 20-minute walk to Victoria Park, which was perfect for morning strolls and exploring the local area. What really set this stay apart was the responsiveness of the owners. They were quick to address any concerns we had, even promptly taking care of a wasp nest when we informed them. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay made all the difference. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a wonderful, well-equipped place to stay with excellent hosts.
