Perched atop our 4 acres in Florissant CO on a cul-de-sac for peaceful relaxation, there's room for four adults or 3 adults and one child in the queen master bedroom and second bedroom with 1 twin bed and double bed. There is also a 2000 sf cabin on the property that we sometimes rent out but it is plenty far enough away that you'll have more privacy than if you were in an RV park. The location is about 5 miles outside of the center of Florissant. You'll go about three miles on a paved road, then two miles on a county-maintained dirt road.

We close for the season on October 16. We may have to close sooner if the weather turns too cold. 100% refund if we have to close for weather. We should know at least 7 days in advance.

The water is connected to a spigot behind the cabin. Sometimes, our cabin guests inadvertently turn off the valve to the hose that supplies water to the RV. If you notice you don't have running water, feel free to check the valve next to the back deck. We have informed our guests not to turn it off, but things happen. We just want you to know.
