Make some memories at “Casa de Dixie,” a Texas dancehall-themed getaway in the heart of Aggieland. Inspired by the iconic Dixie Chicken, Luckenbach and Gruene Hall, this 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo has charm and plenty of room for the whole family! Relax on the back patio with a Lone Star or play some 42 in our game room. And don’t worry y’all, there’s no last call at “Casa de Dixie.”

Cute place in College Station

We had a great stay at Casa de Dixie. Love the decor and fun vibe. Great location to access everything for Final Review weekend.

NCAA Regionals

Nice, quiet location, great decorations, fun Texas theme. Host was responsive and helpful. Mattresses and pillows need replacing and carpets and baseboards needs cleaning.

Game day weekend

In town for the game, house was convenient to the stadium and northgate. Plenty of space for the group, would stay there again.

Perfect place to stay! We were in town due to my husband playing in the Aggies Legends Game and it accommodated our family well! Would stay again, the kids loved it just as much as us adults!

Daughters Engagement

I booked this for my family to stay for my daughter’s engagement. It was just what we needed. Also, my granddaughter left her teddy bear and Melody was easy to work with to get it back. I would stay here again.

College Station Camps

We were able to locate and get into the property right away! One of the showers were difficult to operate (tub faucet wouldn't lower to fill tub and hot water wasn't working properly) but overall the stay was very inviting and great!

Weekend in Aggieland

We celebrated my son’s birthday in College Station and had the pleasure of staying here at Casa de Dixie. It’s the perfect size for 8 of us that stayed, this included 2 teenage boys that slept on the couch. The only thing I’d recommend if you stay and plan to cook any meals there: bring your own basic spices (including salt and pepper), bring your own kitchen utensils (there were very few), and bring along garbage bags. Great location and clean otherwise. It was perfect for what we needed.

Convenient Access

Just stayed for a night over a baseball game weekend. Great townhome community, never heard a peep from the neighboring townhome. Convenient parking right at the front door, about 6-7 minutes to get to campus with normal traffic. Clean and comfortable!
