This media room themed apartment is centrally located for all things Bryan and College Station...just blocks from the A&M campus and the restaurants/entertainment at Northgate. Bedroom boasts comfy king bed. Enjoy the custom kitchen with huge island and the convenience of a washer and dryer.

This transitioning neighborhood boast a colorful blend of Bryan community, graduate students, and higher end student housing nestled against the excitement of Northgate and the A&M Campus.

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front.
1.1 mile walking distance to Kyle field.

One block and you are on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

Very comfortable stay!

My daughter and I had a very comfortable 3 night stay. The property was very clean, comfortable and had all the things you need for your time away from home. The customer service was top notch!

Close to A&M

Very clean and updated apartment. We stayed to attend am A&M Basketball game and it was the perfect location. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for campus visits

Living in San Antonio, we needed a place for my daughters’s new student orientation that was conveniently located to campus and clean. This place was perfect. Communication with the manager was good. Reserved parking right in front. No issues.

Perfect for a quick trio to Texas A&M

We felt right at home here and it was super close to A&M! The property manager was great at communicating every detail about the property making check in and our whole stay super effortless on our part. Apartment was clean and stocked well for visitors. We will definitely be back!

Awesome stay with convenient location

There’s not many 2 bedroom units that have 2 king beds so this place is a gem. I loved the cinema chairs and movie themed decor. Super clean and definitely a great use of space. This is definitely the most bang for your buck in CS.

Great Place for Our Overnight Stay

Loved this cozy 2 bedroom apartment. Great theater seats for watching football! King beds were comfortable. Close to campus and various restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend this place.

Nice place for a visit to A&M

Pros: very clean. Easy parking. Nice bathroom and A/C. Kitchen spotless and modern. Easy stay with no issues. Cons: only one small thing- there is a drywall ceiling seam open in the bedroom. That's being extremely picky, but thought you'd like to know this is a real review.

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
