Please make yourself at home in this gorgeous apartment. Our place is yours and only yours during your stay. We do ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level.
The entire complex houses many modern high-end amenities which our guests can enjoy


Use of Common Amenities:
*Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management.

*Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.

*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.

* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.

* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.

* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.

* Amenities are not for commercial use.
Other things to note
- Management limits the parking to 1 car per reservation in the outdoor surface parking.

-All guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

-Government ID, Security Deposit and further screening will be required on the following bookings:

1) Last minute bookings
2) Guests with no reviews
3) Guests with incomplete profile
4) Instant Bookings
5) Some properties may not allow locals for short term reservations.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.
