The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, perfect for prepping meals or gathering for cocktails and conversation. The cozy living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and an electric fireplace. A half bath and laundry area add extra convenience.Just off the living space, step into the screened-in walkout porch—a highlight of the home. With a comfy seating area and uninterrupted views of the river, it’s the perfect spot to catch your breath and soak in the scenery.Second Level:The upstairs features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and two full bathrooms:Primary Suite: King-size bed, ensuite bath with dual-head shower, and a private balcony complete with a porch swing overlooking the river.Second Bedroom: A fun triple twin bunk setup—perfect for kids or sleepover-style hangouts.Third Bedroom: Another king-size bed, offering extra comfort for couples or guests.A second full bathroom serves the bunk and third bedroom.Outdoor Space:Step outside and breathe in that river air. A lower patio with a dining table and grill offers the ideal setup for outdoor meals and sunset views.
