Unique Loft Downtown Glens Falls

This centrally located Unique Downtown Loft is a great place to enjoy Glens Falls, Saratoga and Lake George. Just steps from restaurants, theaters, museums and nightlife, there really isn’t a better location to explore the north country. Truly an amazing combination of architecture and appointments. You will love this New York City style loft.

The property is designed for adults. The apartment in itself is very modern and has a beautiful iron spiral staircase. The balcony area creates an open concept en-suite. The main floor has a full kitchen, living and dining area.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make a quick meal. There is a sitting area and a half bath.
The living room has a smart TV and sleeper sofa. The sitting area that sits behind the glass doors also has a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. This area is equipped with a dining table.
Up the spiral staircase is a designated bedroom en-suite. There is a smart TV on the wall opposite of the King Bed. This is where the only shower is featured. There is a room divider to provide privacy.
ONE Private parking spot available in the shared lot. It’s clearly labeled 12 for our guests.

This loft apartment was super cute and the layout was well-thought out. The exposed brick walls and decor made the space comfortable as a hang out and was in a great location - right downtown and walkable to amazing restaurants. The host was not as responsive as I'm used to but did provide check-in instructions when asked and allowed a late check-out. While there is designated parking in the back of the building, it's shared with a shop so wasn't available at check-in. Luckily, the building was right next to public parking, so we got a spot at least. It was confusing how to enter the apartment because even though parking is in the back, you have to walk around to the front of the building to enter. Not a big deal, but important to know. It's also important to know there are several skylights, which give the place amazing light but also wake you up super early. Nothing a sleep mask couldn't fix. The biggest issues we had was the unit wasn't as clean as it should have been and the upstairs bathroom was open to the entire loft. There was a half bath downstairs that we used, but none of us were comfortable using the shower or toilet upstairs.
