Bird watchers will enjoy hours of viewing year-round from the furnished balcony perch. Additional features include updated kitchen, split bedroom floor plan, covered patio with hammock and grill as well as covered parking. A roomy outdoor storage closet is fully available for your beach gear. Community pool and beach access are an easy walk away.

Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation.
