This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home features a **brand-new heated swimming pool and jacuzzi** 🏊‍♀️♨️, all set in a lush, fenced-in tropical backyard 🌴.

Enjoy the expansive outdoor lounging space, complete with a bar area 🍹 and BBQ grill 🔥 — perfect for entertaining, sunset cocktails, and unforgettable gatherings. Relax on the screened-in patio or unwind in the spa after a day exploring Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

For extra fun, there’s a foosball table perfect for family or group game nights.

Inside, enjoy high-end finishes and 2,300 sq ft of thoughtfully decorated space with a touch of the tropics. With plenty of room to relax and unwind, this mid-century modern gem is perfect for a family getaway, group vacation, or peaceful retreat.

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

Great weekend

Went for a bachelor party weekend and it was a great spot. Close enough to the nightlife and beach for us to have a good time and plenty of space to rest and recover at the house

Nice place to rest and refresh

My friends and I were visiting a classmate, celebrating her birthday. We needed a place to shower and sleep during our stay and this place served the purpose. I wish we had time to actually stay at the house AWAKE longer and enjoy more of the amenities, but the time we were there was satisfactory.

We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.
