Inverness Condos - I300

Inverness is a 11 story condo complex located on the north end of the island right on the beach. This 1-bedroom 1 bath condo is a great island getaway for that small family located on the 3rd floor. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and with plenty of bedding for up to 4 persons. The complex has a swimming pool and hot tub. This property is located within walking distance of various restaurants shops and entertainment. We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.

Great place

Great place to stay, enjoy, and relax. It has everything you need. Easy access to the beach, pool, and hot tub (right next to you). Had a great time!!

Tranquility Time

My partner & I celebrated our 10th Anniversary. We couldnt have asked for a more tranquil place. The balcony oversering the beach was refreshing. The place had everythung we needed for a weekend stay. It was quiet yet close enough to the night life. if you chose to do so.

Lovely Unit

Unit is beautiful ~ as long as you don’t need a closet. The complex is less lovely, dungenous, mostly due to the cavernous parking garage.

It’s a great stay for a couple. It comes with a nice view. Only downfall I would say is the upkeep of the condo could be a lot better. I was a little disappointed in that aspect. Other than that great location & easy access.

Nice view of the beach. Minimally maintained property.

Poorly maintained condo, with many 3 inch long large cockroaches. Bring your own toilet paper, extra towels, coffee. No towel racks or closet. 1 partial roll of TP for the toilet. Had to request wifi code 3 times before it was provided.

Condo has no closet, fridge no ice maker, no towel racks

Don’t waste your money, it’s badly managed, no closet, no ice maker, no towel rack, we were not given internet passw until we asked, given gate key, its awful Condo #300 / Innerness. Oh, broken blind in one door to outside balcony

Family Vacay

The condo is nicely furnished and decorated with a cute nautical style. We have been at the Inverness for many years so we are used to the elevators not always working etc so we just roll with it (was a little easier being on the third floor). The views and beach access cannot be beat this is the reason why we always return. I would stay here again however note you will need to bring your own trash liners and possibly a dish rag and dish towel as those were not available. The lack of a closet is doable if it’s just a couple but a dresser or chest would be nice to put clothes away. The extra half bath was nice but there was a sewer smell coming from it. I reported it and maintenance came promptly and looked into it as well as restarting the oven for us. Joseph was always quick to respond. Comforter on the bed needed washing it had some dirt/sand stains. But we would rebook this one.
