The view is beautiful and makes up for what is lacking. The furniture definitely needs updating and you can see that in the pictures so that is accurate but it’s more noticeable in person. I would have given it 5 stars but there are things that need improvement. All the throw pillows on the sofas and guest blanket I found in the bedroom closet should be replaced. The blanket is raggedy and the red pillows were noticeable stained. The outdoor chairs need to be thoroughly cleaned, there is a tiny ant problem in the kitchen counter area, and the wooden futon is uncomfortable. The cushion material is old and bumpy. I added extra pillows from the bedroom and threw a bed sheet over it. However, the price was excellent for 4 nights on the top floor with the oceanfront view.

Great stay

Condo had an amazing view and all the necessities I needed. I did have to request dish soap, paper towels, and dish towels, and they were prompt in providing. There is no dish washer, hence the request. You do need to bring your own beach towels. My only complaint is the neighboring condo…once they checked in, their door constantly slammed shut, so much so that the artwork on my walls moved. I know the doors have a spring action to close them but wow, it was constant in/out slamming on their part, oftentimes until 1am. Other than that, no complaints. Good stay!
