These condominiums are located directly on the beach, with beautiful views of the beach and an unbelievable view of the sunrise. Being located only minutes away from local shops and great restaurants makes this property very enjoyable. You can always choose to use the full kitchen and cook-in or simply order-in and stay in the privacy of your own unit and enjoy the gorgeous evening view from your own balcony.

The property was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 youths). Two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked well. Living area and kitchen were large and well designed. Outdoor deck was large and great view of beach. Wonderful having the property right on the excellent beach. We enjoyed the on site swimming pool very much. Highly recommend.

Great location, easy to access and very spacious. My advice: bring your own pillows and a small extension cord as the outlets are not super convenient for charging at the nightstand. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed the view of the ocean listening to the waves. Having the pool and hot tub was awesome and enjoyed when taking a break from the beach. The condo was on the 3 rd floor which was perfect for access to beach and pool. We really enjoyed this relaxing time away! The host was very quick on communication! Excellent Host!

Everything was great. The only difficulty for me was the height of the beds. I have some mobility issues so it was difficult to get into the bed. It is one of the best locations on the island with a great view.

The views were spectacular. The building was nice but rather run down. The condo decor was also tired however, if you are going to South Padre Island to be on the beach this was extremely nice. Two bedrooms two bath is great for a family..

Nice property, the elevators were on and off during our stay and the hottub needed a good cleaning and new filter. The condo was clean with the usual ammenities. The beds are very high, so if you are traveling with children, short adults or someone who is mobility impaired they would need help getting into and out of the beds. I am 5'3" and getting into the bed was difficult. Staff was attentive and communicated well. This almost 40 y/o property was great for a quick weekend get away.

The location is amazing! We loved the view morning, noon, and night! We enjoyed the set up of the condo. Amenities were adequate for our needs. Some people said the bed was not comfortable. I’m not sure if they replaced it or not, but we found it to be comfortable.It was nice to have inside parking, a pool, if we wanted it, and an elevator.

Great location right on the beach

Nice central location on the island, right on the beach. Everyone agreed that the balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic, and bigger than we expected. Had some great views of sunrise and easy access to the beach.

Awesome location and view

The location of this unit was perfect. We have 2 small dogs and being on this floor was easy to take them out. They loved the beach. We spend alot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and reading a good book. Always enjoy our stay at Inverness. Great staff.

Great view of beach! Coffee pot was both drip a podsThe only reason for the four star is the bedroom TV was very difficult to turn on with the remote and there are no bedside plugs for your devices. Otherwise, the overall stay was great!
