Anchors Aweigh! Welcome to this beautiful condo in Shangri La Country Estates on Monkey Island on Northeastern Oklahoma’s Grand Lake. You will be sure to find all the comforts of home for the whole family in this lofted 1 bed, 2 bath condo (1 king, 1 queen). Soak up the sun at the community pool or take a quick golf cart ride (available to rent!) to The Anchor Arcade to let the kids run wild, and enjoy a round of golf or one of the many bars and restaurants on Monkey Island.

Everythint is as it was advertised very clean. If you are looking for a place to stay to relax and is quiet this is your place. The neighbors of this place were amazing also. The host is very accomodating answers your questions right away. Being a golf cart ride from the Anchor, Eddys, Docs and other hot spots was nice.

This property was great and presented just as it did in the pictures. We loved that it was in a gated area and it was very quiet at night. The little extras provided by the host made the stay even better! We will definitely stay here again!

THE PERFECT STAY

I'm so happy with our stay, this was the perfect place. Not one bad thing to say! Everything was so cute and clean! The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is so soft! The location was perfect for accommodating our weekend plans. The open floor plan and loft made it easy to socialize. We will definitely be booking again for future monkey island stays!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came to get away from our everyday juggle, relax and have some fun with the kids. The property was very relaxing. Property does well at setting the mood for a nice well. Owner has done very well with providing so many helpful things in the kitchen! A griddle could be a very helpful addition but other than that, I think that things are very well provided. The stay was very pleasant. We came on a weekday and had the pool to our ourselves for the entire stay. The main floor bathroom shower was a little tricky to figure out. The stay was still nice! I highly recommend!

Next level thoughtfulness

Everything was great from the booking to the checkout process. The property owners were extremely easy to work with, very responsive and above thoughtful with the extras. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels provided for showering. I would recommend this place to anyone….I actually already have.

Hi Paul - we absolutely tried to help, called you immediately after you reached out on the app. You had entered the incorrect code seven times and our lock was temporarily disabled due to this. When I called, twice, you chose to use extremely insulting language and assumptions of political affiliations based on my area code, followed by profanity from you and your wife several times, ending in you ultimately hanging up on us, and ignoring our follow up to troubleshoot further. I do not agree with your statement here.

My husband and I are originally from Arizona but after my husband's retirement from the Navy, we have made our forever home in beautiful Washington State. We love to spend time in Oklahoma where we have family and so many fun memories on the lake! We have four kids; two grown daughters and two young sons. I work for Firstbase and my husband is a government contractor on NAS Whidbey Island. We love being outdoors, making fun memories and living life to its fullest. We look forward to having you make some of your own amazing memories in our homes away from home!

We love to come and relax at our home away from home. Our kids love to play at The Anchor and spend hours at the pool soaking up the sun! This is a great place for the entire family, a couples getaway, or just a golf gathering for a long weekend.

We have a golf cart available to rent for your stay at the condo. The amenities within Shangri-La are available to you (except for the resort pool and The Summit Club unless you are a member). Fees are applicable within Shangri-La.
