Experience Disney like a local in this 2-bedroom cottage. The cozy space features 1 king bed, 1 full daybed with twin trundle, perfect for a small family. Enjoy the convenience of rock crawling, boating or spending time in the lake or hot tub. Our place will help you feel at home while you're on Grand Lake. Please note it is a rural area with tiny towns and not much to do unless you boat, swim or crawl.
Have big rigs or boats? Don't worry...trailer parking is a few driveways down at Mountain Mama's fenced and monitored 3 acres lot. There are 2 security cameras at Tia Juana Cove, one facing the driveway and parking area and another on the boat dock covering all 3 slips. Please ADD pets to reservations. No trailers at the Cove. 2 car limit but extra parking at Mountain Mama's.

We truly loved our stay at this lake house and part of me is hesitant to rave about it because we’d love to keep it a little hidden gem for our next visit lol The sunshine & sunset’s were beautiful! We fished off the dock and floated our days away in our big raft. Thanks again!

Great time, clean, comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with a King bed and Full/queen with trundle bed in 2nd bedroom. Easy access to water and dock with stairs and walkway. Great views!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay.Property is well equipped, clean and simple. Owner is very responsive to any questions we had. Only thing that would've made our stay better would have been if we had our own boat to explore the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

What an excellent stay I experinced here! The hosts had the place totally rrady and even specially decorated for the Holiday season! They were very welcoming and very accommodating for anything I needed. The home and property were VERY relaxing. It felt very private and like it was all my own for the time there. I can say with confidence I will.be back to visit this place again!!

This is a nice place to stay with a wonderful view of the river. It has all the comforts of home except for the dishwasher. I did miss that.

We appreciate you mentioning the dishwasher; as noted in our listing the home doesn't include one, but we do our best to make sure the kitchen is well-stocked for easy clean-up. The pictures are true to what the place looks like. The place is nicely decorated and they’ve made good use of a smaller space. The view from the deck is nice and the sunset views from the dock are beautiful! Eric is quick to respond and is incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!
