Relaxing Cottage Retreat w/Firepit
Our inviting home is located in a family-friendly, walkable neighborhood. Start your day on the front porch watching the sun come up with your favorite beverage, then end your day on the back deck with a great meal and time by the firepit with smores for dessert. Inside you'll find everything you need. A well-stocked kitchen with plenty of prep space, a comfortable couch to sink into and watch TV, read, or play a game. Both large, ample bedrooms feature closets and spacious dressers to unpack, as well as ceiling fans ensuring you enjoy a full night's sleep. We truly love our home and have tried to maintain the original character where we can but not skimp on modern upgrades. We're also located about 5-6 blocks from Northgate Park and Ellerby Trail if you need some outside time. This cottage really has it all and we hope you enjoy your stay!

This home away from home awaits you - it's well-appointed with everything you need for your trip to Durham! Inside, there's plenty of space to relax in and with a smart tv ready for your own streaming logins, reliable wifi, a desk to work, and games and books galore - no one will be bored. The kitchen is well stocked making mealtime easy! Outside you'll find a gas grill, table for 6, and firepit for a relaxing evening with friends and loved ones you are travelling with.

We love the chill vibe our home has. As soon as we walk in we always feel at home and relaxed. This is our second home, not just an investment, so we have made our best effort to supply everything that we need when we are visiting. We love watching the sun come up on the front porch and relaxing in the evening on the back deck. The neighborhood is a quiet residential community and the neighbors love walking their dogs or just getting exercise throughout the day. They always wave making us feel welcome whenever we visit. We hope you enjoy our home away from home and feel the same way that we do when we are visiting. We often hate to leave.
