The apartment was recently renovated and was in a great location! Plus, it had everything we needed during our stay and more. Had the opportunity to meet Susan during check-in, very nice and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend stay here!

it's simply perfect!

Susan and Shawn's "Splash Suites" are AMAZING! We felt at home from minute one and didn't want to leave. Chatauqua Institution was an easy drive from Bemus so if you are visiting Chatauqua, definitely think of staying at Splash. I can't think of a thing I would change! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not okay!

Suite # 3. Upgraded for free because there was nobody else staying at the property at the time, but was it really an upgrade? Cleanliness is the most important to us. Crumbs and popcorn underneath and around the trunk that was a coffee table. Hair that was not ours in the bathroom and some on tile floor in the kitchen. Cheap made in China soap products, used dirty kitchen sponge. Pubic hair in the corner of the bathroom? Dried urine spots around the toilet. Toilet paper holder not ergonomically placed and I had to do Russian twists to get toilet paper. Bathroom door scraped against the floor and had water damage. Communication was good and check in was easy but the cleanliness lacked:/. Slamming doors that woke me up at 11 pm and woke me up in the morning! Appears to be a great location. Missing the details at this property! Cheaply decorated as well.

Nice getaway

Updated and clean suite in a great location. The hosts very friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed a delicious meal and in their elegant restaurant just downstairs. Definitely plan on returning sometime in the future.

Fall getaway

The property is in the heart of the lovely village of Bemus Point. We enjoyed crisp fall morning walks along the lake, and delicious breakfast and coffee at the cafe down the street. Our days were spent exploring the museums in Jamestown and biking nearby trails. We were blessed with beautiful fall sunshine and enjoyed the location, convenience and beautiful suite to relax in at the end of the day!

Beautiful Apartment

Love staying here, this was our second visit. Location in downtown Bemus is perfect. Apartment has everything needed and is so cute!! The bed is amazing!!

Annual Bemus Point Vacay

We have been coming to the Bemus Point area for our getaway for over 30 years. This is the first time staying at the Splash Suites, and we couldn't have been more comfortable and impressed. Our suite was clean, tastefully decorated, and contained all of the essentials that you could ever need. Our hosts, Susan and Sean are so sweet and accommodating. The Cocktail Lounge was like going back to the1950's in NYC, complete with it's beautiful decor, Sinatra singers, coconut margaritas, and couples dancing like Fred & Ginger! I can't wait for our next stay at Splash Suites. It's a real class act... just what the Bemus Point area needed. Debbie & Pat M.

Great Location

Location is right in Bemus Point. There are shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. The condo is compact and clean. We had everything we needed. Nice shower!!

Great Getaway

Splash Suites are a great place for a getaway. The location is perfect as you can walk to many great places for food, drinks and treats. The complimentary drinks are a nice extra to enjoy at the tapas place below. I will absolutely book again!

Great weekend getaway!

My husband and I just love Bemus point so we try to go for long weekends as much as we can. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect! Great location, and just above the cutest restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again.

Immaculate & adorable!

Two thumbs up for sure! Super clean & modern! I stayed over a four day weekend to finish writing my book and it was just perfect! Everything you need just steps away! Plus owners left a gift card to the local diner! So sweet! Will recommend to friends! 😁

Great Stay!

This property was exactly as advertised. Check in was easy, the property was clean and well maintained and check out was even easier. The hosts made themselves available via phone or text although I never needed to contact them. It was a very nice and easy stay. I'll definitely be back.

Perfect spot for your vacation getaway

Suite is brand new and well appointed with all amenities one could ask for. Right in the heart of Bemus where all the action is. Clean a comfortable, we will be back and I highly recommend Splash Suites to anyone visiting the area.

Great spot in Bemus Point!

Brand new apartment in prime Bemus Point location. Walk to all the local restaurants and shops. Owner Susan was super helpful and friendly. Be sure to visit her restaurant downstairs too!

Beautiful Suite

It’s a perfect place to stay. The owners did an amazing job with all the details. The shower was heavenly, the blow dryer was a hit with my boys, it’s decorated perfectly, having access to all the cooking equipment was a blessing, there’s a small grocery store next door, the store sells bait for fishing, we had our own parking spot, the owner responded promptly, the flat screens are already hooked up to cable, and there’s even cleaning supplies if you need them. I stayed with my two boys (12 and 14) so we ran the dishwasher 3x. The place was perfect- my only request was a pizza pan and pizza cutter (lol) also don’t forget to bring coffee grounds if coffee is your thing. My boys wouldn’t share the pull out bed in the living room, but there’s tons of extra bedding. We threw a blanket over the couch cushions on the floor and made it an extra bed. So the boys we’re happy. The kids still used their own blankets and pillows as well. The best fishing was in Lakeland over the bridge. If you go behind the tennis courts of Lakeland beach that’s where they caught the most fish. Lakeland also has a great Walmart and bait store called The Reel. If it’s just adults you probably won’t need any dishes because of all the wonderful places to dine, but traveling with kids is different. They preferred having a full fridge. The Amish sell great homemade (jelly) jams in Panama and Lily Dale has great classes in the summer. Thanks again to the hosts!!

Hi There! Our names are Shawn & Susan, and our family has lived in Bemus Point, NY, full-time for the last 6 years. Before that, we lived in Tampa, FL, and just summered here for 15 years. Bemus is to us as it is for many: Tradition and great memories.

We have always loved to vacation and can appreciate nice accommodations, excellent service, good food, and unique places, so we are now sharing our best experiences with you.

Bemus Point is located in Chautauqua County, and this area has many things to do, whatever season you choose to visit. When you do, we look forward to meeting you! Our suite is located on the 2nd floor and features full kitchens equipped with high-end Whirlpool appliances, Purified RO Water for icemaker and faucet, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

The suite features two flat-screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, central air conditioning and heating for your comfort, and private entrances with keyless. One dedicated parking space per unit is included.

Our suite offers a view that overlooks the lake and the local attractions.
So whether you're here for a winter adventure or a summer getaway, our property is the perfect year-round rental in the centre of the Chautauqua area.
