気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
This was a two bedroom/2 bathroom house. The hot tub wasn’t working, the listing showed Furniture outdoors on two different levels. There was no furniture until I made a phone call and then I got one round table and four chairs. Clothes dryer would not work at all and I called three times and no one returned my calls about getting it fixed. Didn’t take enough clothes for 10 days and was counting on using the washer and dryer. Kitchen was terribly stocked. Three butter knives and not a single sharp steak, knife or anything that would cut a tomato. The oven did not work at all and said it needs serviced. The place overall has a dirty appearance to it. There was toothpaste, stuck in the hand towel hanging in the bathroom when I first arrived. I can’t imagine how the maid could change bedding without a working clothes dryer. A police looking official showed up one day and slapped a notice to appear before a magistrate on the door for the owners. I can only imagine what that is for. Save your money and stay somewhere nicer!
