This NEWLY RENOVATED condo is ready to accommodate your next family vacation to the Outer Banks! Perfectly located, this condo is within walking distance of the sound, the ocean and the town of Duck. Go have some fun at the beach, hit the shops and grab dinner in Duck, and enjoy watching the sunset over the sound from the living room to finish off the night. The community also offers an enclosed pool, a newly renovated tennis court, and a pier/landing for everyone to enjoy.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the cleanliness of the condo was incredible. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The pool was closed which was unfortunate but everything else was exactly as advertised. We will definitely keep this condo in mind when planning future stays.

The accommodations were great, the communication between owner was also great. The home was clean, very well decorated and had all the necessary essentials needed. You could tell the owners went to great lengths to make the place feel comfortable and accommodating.

Slice of Heaven

We loved our stay at Salt and Light. From the beauty of the unit, the location, the sunsets through the picture window, the extras, and the comfort of the beds we could not be happier with our stay. We look forward to staying again soon.

The best in Duck

This is the most comfortable and well-furnished vacation spot we have ever stayed in. The location provides quick access to the bay, downtown Duck and many of the other charms that the Outer Banks has to offer. This is the BEST.

Great place stay

Our family had a great stay in this newly updated condo. Very clean. It had lots of extra touches and a nice view of the sound. The bunk bed room with it’s own TV was perfect for the kids!

Incredible OBX visit!

What an incredible OBX visit! Condo was beautifully decorated, and our hosts Matt and Gage were extremely gracious and accommodating. We had everything that we would ever need or want for a fun beach vacation. Cant wait to return!

Scenic view, nice and cozy home

Extremely Clean and Spacious Condo with a beautiful view of the Sound

We enjoyed our stay at this freshly remodeled condo. It was beautifully decorated, and the host thought of everything a guest may need. The condo was immaculate! The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay again!

Relaxing and wonderful

My wife and I enjoyed a much needed getaway and were lucky to find Salt & Light Condo! We were pleasantly surprised at how much care was taken into making this home so comfortable and relaxing for the guests. The owner(s) we’re very helpful and attentive to making the stay as enjoyable as possible. It was very quiet while only minutes away from the shops in Duck. The tennis courts were a great bonus too. We would definitely come back!

Beautifully Renovated

We spent a week in this condo and everything went very well. Everything within it really was just renovated and is pretty much brand new, from the kitchen to the beds. There is a beautiful view of the sound and the complex was very quiet. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with and this couldn't have gone any easier. Would recommend for someone looking for a 2 bedroom option in Duck.

Great condo with stunning bay sunset view

Great condo and fantastic communication with owner. If there was any negative at all, it would be the bad luck we drew of having a noisy and inconsiderate family renting the condo above us during our stay. By no means the fault of the owner or the condo. In addition to a great location, there were very friendly and welcoming neighbors. Highly recommend and worth a stay!

The best cost-sensitive condo rental in Duck

This is an immaculate and well-furnished condo with ample room, a fully furnished kitchen, and views of the sound from the back windows. The owners did not forget anything. Every time we opened a drawer, we realized that they had spent the time thinking about what might be needed. It's a wonderful place with superb owners.

Great place for a small family

Plenty of space for a small family to spread out. Kids bunkbeds were very comfortable, and loved having two bathrooms. The screened in porch was a plus, including the beautiful view of the sound. Kitchen was well appointed, and the sofas were comfy. Only two complaints: the primary bedrooms en suite bathroom is a little tight. Also, there was a lot of noise from the people above, but you really can’t do anything about that.

Great Stay!!

Everything about this condo was perfect! The proximity to the sound and the very nice dock was perfect for watching sunsets! The condo itself was very nice. It was very clean and well stocked and so nicely decorated. The living room area was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The small deck had a great view of the sound and comfortable Adirondack chairs for relaxing. We used the pickleball court which was in pretty good shape in comparison to other places we've stayed. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy! I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely book it again.

Newly Remodeled Condo w/ Beautiful View of the Sound

This was the perfect place for our family of four. Everything was clean and the place felt like home. We thoroughly enjoyed Duck being a bike ride away, though getting back up the hill to the condo was quite the workout. The view of the sound was beautiful and I highly recommend walking down to the pier to take in a sunset or two. The beach is within walking distance (took us about 10 mins with a wagon full of stuff) and there is also a public access point with a parking lot a few streets down. The community tennis court and the indoor pool were big hits with my crew also. Our hosts were quick to respond and answered all of our questions. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to experience Duck.

We were fortunate enough to recently purchase our first property on the island this year and am excited to offer it to responsible beach loving guests who want to enjoy some "island time" relaxation.
