This cozy ranch cottage is situated on a quiet dead-end road. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with large windows that look out into a forrest setting. Perfect for your extended stay or a weekend getaway for 2 travelers, a cozy couple getaway or small family. The bedroom has a queen bed and the other room a full bed, for 2 private sleeping areas. Acid stain concrete earth-warming in-floor radiant heat. Beautiful custom live edge birch trim on window sills. Outdoor BBQ grill and small chest freezer for storing fish.

Cottage is a 5 minute drive from Soldotna amenities and popular local eateries, some favorites are- Kenai River Brewing, Addie Camp, St. Elias Brewing Company. Gas station convenience/liquor store walking distance away.

5-10 minutes from all the popular boat launches- Bings, Moose, Centennial, Pillars, Eagle Rock. 30 to 45 minutes to Upper Kenai River, Kasilof River, or saltwater fishing. 90 minutes to Homer. Parking for single vehicle with overflow vehicle parking for boat trailers for trout bums coming from Anchorage or the Valley.

There are 4 cottages on the property. Each has an independent parking and outdoor area. Pending calendar availability cottages can be booked simultaneously to accommodate large parties. Sometimes you want to vacation with friends or extended family, but a single house doesn’t give you enough room for both the togetherness and privacy you seek. The 4 neighboring cottages give you a fantastic opportunity to spread out when you want or hang together. You’ll enjoy two loft cottages with cathedral ceilings, and two smaller ranch cottages. All have TVs, high-speed internet and fully equipped kitchens. A total 10 beds gives you plenty of choices to enjoy and relax in adjoining wooded yards, or go your separate ways.
