Summary:
Mid-century rambler recently remodeled! A solarium/sunroom greets you at the entry opening into the living and dining rooms. The ceiling beams give rhythm and style coordinating with a wall of western windows. Entertaining comes easily with the living and dining great room concept. Spacious 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in total, Rear deck, front patio. Modern Kitchen and bathroom. High speed internet great for WFH or business travel needs. Conveniently located, easy to get on I5, grocery stores, dining shops and etc.

The Space:
This is a rambler house w/no stairs to entry the house. Originally built in 1953, and newly remodelled for brand new kitchen, bathroom and all paints and floors in 2022. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, in total about 1850 square footage.

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to enjoy the entire of the house.

We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.

Prior to your arrival, our team will send you everything you need to access the property to easily maximize your time during your visit. We are also one message away and always available for any questions and assistance that you may need.

Very disappointing check-in (hours late) and poor communication. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. When we arrived just before 4:00 the place was trashed; housekeeping had not been there yet. We notified the owner and asked him to call, but he would only communicate via VRBO chat. At 4:15 he sent us a note saying the cleaners were there and almost done, but we were there and the cleaners still hadn’t shown up. They finally showed up at about 4:30 pm and the clean up took 3 hours. I rented this property so my family, including my in-laws, would be together for a wedding. Since the house wasn’t ready, we had to rent hotel rooms for our family so they could shower and get dressed for the evening event. I’ve asked for some recompense but haven’t heard a thing back. Oh - and on top of all of that the photos make the house look bright and cheerful. Reality is it is very dark with incredibly cheap curtains, a couch that has no legs and a kitchen that trips an electrical breaker every time you try to use the microwave. Super disappointing experience.

Week-long stay with my parents, husband, and adult son

This house worked well for our family of five, specifically my mother, who uses a walker. The location is great--it's easy to get in and out of the city and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Communication with management was fast and clear. We would stay here again.

Simply in Seattle

Out to visit Ohana. This homewas perfect. Price, location, functionality and communication, all truly amazing. The homeowners are very attentive, so good to see and feel as travelers. Oh, and responsive! We needed help and Xin was on it! We will be coming back!

Roomy house, good neighborhood

4-bedroom, 3-bath house was exactly what we needed for our family. Two grandmothers, a grandfather and a husband and wife with a 3-month-old baby. Owners provided some baby products that came in handy. Washer and dryer also was a necessary feature. Lots of restaurant options just steps away, as was access to the Rapid Bus that took us to downtown Seattle in 30 minutes. Great find!

Super Cute- Home away from Home

The home is very clean, gorgeous kitchen & bathrooms! Extremely well stocked kitchen, had everything we needed to cook our meals! Super close to the grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. Communication with Xin was excellent and was quick to answer any questions within 15 mins! The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with ensuites, and a gorgeous fenced backyard and deck! I would Definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for above average accommodations! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Home

This was a very clean and lovely home. Lots of rooms and beds and plenty of bathrooms. The yard was perfect for our dogs and they really enjoyed it. The kitchen had lots of amenities and was very spacious. We felt comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were very kind in their responses to any questions or concerns we had! The only thing I would let people know is that it is listed as handicap accessible but my mom who has a walker did have trouble with the bathrooms and the shower due to tight spaces and no hand rails. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. And we would love to stay here again ourselves if the concerns we talked about with the hosts regarding handicapp safety were remedied. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!!

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, our weekend stay was good. It had everything we needed - multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry (as it rained during our visit). A couple things we noticed, home had a musty smell, dirty doors where frequently touched, and mosquito/bugs found in master bedroom.

Wonderful experience

Lovely home in a pleasant neighborhood. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. The house is lovely, well furnished, clean and kept in top shape.
