Midtown Retreat is a newly remodeled South Haven vacation home in a prime walkable location, just 1 block from downtown dining, shops, coffee, ice cream, and local entertainment. It is a strong year-round home base for families and groups visiting Lake Michigan, downtown South Haven, the marina, beaches, trails, and seasonal events.

Inside, the home offers a full kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, Roku TVs for streaming, YouTube TV for live viewing, central heating and cooling, Ring, a cozy electric fireplace, and a backup generator for added comfort. The basement game room includes air hockey and foosball, giving guests extra space to relax after a day at the beach or in town.

Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, patio seating, propane grill, and outdoor space for gathering. Beach towels, starter bathroom essentials, and comfortable home amenities are included to help make your stay easy from check-in to checkout.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was even better in person. Perfect spot to enjoy everything South Haven. Anything we wanted just a short walk from the house. Our host (Arron) was a joy to communicate with. Will surely be back to stay in fall. A can't miss location.

This house is HUGE! It was in a great location close to a lot but also on a quiet street. Clean and updated. Host was in communication and had no issues while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, beautifully renovated home right in the downtown South Haven area,. Everything is walkable. Kitchen was well appointed; plenty of towels for both showers and hot tub usage. Screened front porch was so cozy to sit on. Will definitely return!

Amazing location in South Haven!

We had a wonderful stay for 2 families with little kids! We were so close to downtown South Haven! The house is also a very quick walk to the Kids Corner Park and Beach! Host was super helpful and house was gorgeous! We are planning our trip for next year!
