Welcome to Houston’s Airport Hideout! This is a studio apartment that’s built above my garage. Roughly 645sqft of efficient space with all the necessities for a weekend or over night stay.

This Airport Hide Out has all the essentials needed for a one night stay or a short term rental. You have a full kitchen, King size bed, 55in smart tv, computer desk, dinning and full bathroom (body wash, shampoo and conditioner included).

** NO WASHER AND DRYER ON SITE** Theres a a laundromat, right outside of our community, maybe 2 mins driving distance.

Outside of the Airport Hideout, you can enjoy the covered gazebo with solar lights, comfortable patio furniture and a mosquito net. Please fill free to vape or smoke outside only. If you have pet, please make sure you pick up after your pet.

So, if you like efficient and cost efficient; The Airport Hideout is your best bet for peace of mind close by IAH and short distance to the inner city!

** Please keep in mind this studio is above my parking garage, so occasionally you might hear noise from the garage opening/closing and planes coming for a landing but not all the time**

To assist with sleep aid you do have a sleep ease machine that helps soothe the noise around you for a better nights rest

The Airport landing is right around the corner from the Hideout, a lot of guests love the landing area because of the amazing sunsets you can get while watching the planes land. If you choose you can also enjoy the air planes from the back yard and the comfort of your on vibe.

Please Note The Following House Rules:
- smoking is allowed outdoors only
- always properly dispose of smokes
- pet fee is $50 each pet/ max of 2 pets
- must pick up after your furkid and properly dispose
- Personal Attendant lives in the main house so you might occasionally see her and her frenchie Phresh
- please remember this unit is above the parking garage and close by the airport. So occasionally you might hear the garage below open or planes coming in for the landing near by
- have fun and please let us know if you need anything to make your stay a little more enjoyable
