My family enjoyed our stay at the property. I recognize the bathroom and flooring improvements among others but. I would give the unit 3 stars, not 5! I would like to explain. Outside appearance - address sign is broken and laying in the pine trees. Broken basketball backboard is laying yard. Parking along car port is unusable Area along driveway is very neglected.. Gate leading into pool area opens 1/2 way. Fire pit looks abandoned and unappealing. Not like your pictures. Adirondack chairs, the pins don’t slide in to keep them upright and the brackets that support the arms were put on backwards, causing them to protrude in to the seating area. Lounge chair in pool area is cracked and unsafe/unusable. Kitchen- pots and pans look they were assembled from a garage sale. Sink sprayer barely sprays. Refrigerator bottom sticks out 1 1/2 “ and seal at the bottom of the door is hanging off. Microwave surface light is out. Living Area- many sconce lights are burned out. Corner lamp has burned out bulbs. Fire place, well just look at it! Sound bar has no remote, volume up button is worn off. So it’s been missing a while. Sliding door to porch is nearly impossible to open. Other items- Lower bathroom pocket door lock is loose with screws missing. Kept getting jammed. Screen door on lower back porch, screen was pulled away from corner and mose of it blew loose. Gas grill was unus

Our stay at the 9301 Oceanfront was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable ocean views, spacious layout, and all the thoughtful amenities that made this home feel like a private resort.The house was immaculately clean upon arrival—everything from the bathrooms to the kitchen and bedrooms was spotless and fresh. You can tell the cleaning team takes great pride in maintaining this property, which made us feel even more comfortable and at home.With 9 beautifully furnished bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a convenient elevator, it easily accommodated our entire group, including older family members. The private pool and hot tub area was a favorite spot for everyone, and the direct beach access just steps away made it even more unforgettable.We also loved that it’s a pet-friendly property, allowing our furry family member to join us for the trip!Communication with the host was excellent—quick, helpful, and welcoming. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and luxurious oceanfront home for a large group, this is it.Highly recommend, and we hope to return again soon!

Awesome Stay- Loved it !

Our stay at Oceanfront Retreat was absolutely fantastic! The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and the ocean views are breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the deck was a highlight of our trip. The hot tub were perfect for relaxation, and the direct beach access made it so easy to enjoy the sand and surf.The kitchen made making meal prep effortless, and the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The elevator was a great convenience, especially for luggage and groceries. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, making everything seamless.If you're looking for a luxurious oceanfront getaway in the Outer Banks, this home is a perfect choice! Relax with style and comfort

It was a really relaxed stay. The vacation house was spic and span with beautiful ambience and lovely house . Needed some me time and felt very relaxed. We will be back again soon :)
