Wake up to ocean breezes and wind down to sunset skies at this beachfront retreat located directly on the iconic Mission Beach boardwalk. Ideal for families and groups, this charming home offers comfort, convenience, and unbeatable views just steps from the sand and only two blocks from tranquil Mission Bay.

The cozy living room invites you to relax after a beach day, complete with a fireplace, pull-out sofa, and large TV. The fully stocked kitchen makes home cooking easy, and the spacious dining table is perfect for group meals. Step outside to the ocean-facing patio where you can grill, dine alfresco, and unwind by the fire pit as the sun dips into the Pacific.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for both comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en suite bath, while the second bedroom includes a double over queen bunk bed with its own bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room adds extra space for kids or a solo traveler.

Whether you're here to surf, stroll, or simply soak in the scene, this home places you right in the heart of beachside bliss.

Great location, near the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everything you needed for your stay (nicely stocked kitchen, great coffee maker, plenty of towels, etc), clean and well maintained.

Amazing accommodations

We enjoyed the beach and the bay! The unit is fully equipped and we were able to cook and bbq, eat on the patio. The unit was spotless , the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fire pit. The area is quite in the evening which is our preference. Our stay was perfect and we will definitely be back!

Anniversary getaway

If I could give it 6 out of 5 stars I would. What a lovely place! Right on the beach by a not-so-bad surfing spot and volleyball courts. We parked our car in the garage and left it there - everything is within walking distance. The house is fully stocked so no worries there. A great beach getaway!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. Right on the beach easy to drive to all the places we wanted to see. We would stay here again.

Great property

The property was clean, well stocked, comfortable and the patio was a great place to enjoy the sunrise and beautiful sunsets. Having a garage was great, and our standard size SUV fit. Place had all the beach gear you’d need. Our family enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back.

Great Property

Reunion for my parents and siblings who live in the area. Nice, modern space, great location. Heads up that the garage parking space is narrow, but the dimensions are in the description (which was helpful when selecting a rental car). Volleyball courts were on the beach across the boardwalk from the home, which was fine for us. Overall great spot.

Clean, comfy, great beach spot

We loved this condo for our early spring long weekend. It was very clean and well furnished; we loved watching volleyball right outside from our patio; we loved strolling out to the sand to wander along the beach or heading down the ocean front walkway for exercise. Convenient walk to a small grocery store, takeout restaurants, a liquor store - everything we needed! The outdoor fire pit and living room fireplace were also some of our favorite touches.

Nice place.

It was great with the exception of the people above us stomping around. Sounded like they were moving furniture and running up and down stairs, every day and night.

Perfect!

This condo was the perfect choice for our vacation! Location was great-close enough to Belmont Park without being too close to the crowds and right in front of the beach volleyball courts which we loved! Well maintained property with everything we needed. Very pleasant weather which was a nice change from our Louisiana sauna! Everything was great from start to finish! Our first trip to California was a success! We hope to come back here again!

Great spot on the beach!

We had a great stay! The house was stocked with plenty of towels, garbage bags, dish soap and even laundry soap. It was also nice that they had beach chairs, sand toys, balls and beach towels for us to use. Check in and check out was easy. We had one small issue with a door from the garage to the unit, but they were quick to reply. The only issue our kids had was the metal frame bunk bed. They said it was loud and shook easily when anyone would roll over. We would definitely stay here again!!

Birthday Beach Bliss

Although I only live 4 miles from the location, my happy place is the sand and surf at South Mission Beach, so to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends, this was the perfect location. The place was newly constructed, so everything was clean, new, and tastefully decorated. The fire pit on the patio was fabulous at night, and the calm south end of Mission Beach was relaxing. Worth the experience to have the beach be your backyard! Perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Safe great area. Great vibe! Upstairs neighbors can be noisy-we had walking stomping above us, probably the only downside. We would do again if given the opportunity and funds to afford. This was for a 30th wedding anniversary and our adult kids bdays. We did dinner cruise, Kintsugi class, Fashion Valley mall and Little Italy! Lots to do and garage full of boogie boards and beach supplies! If you love beach volleyball this is spot for you! We loved it!

Great location and check in/out process; accurate online description

Overall great place and enjoyed the kitchen, grill and fire pit. Awesome location. We really enjoyed our visit. I want to offer the following points not as a compliant but to help with your property and next guests. The kitchen sink leaked and that was a set back for around 6 hours on day 1 until someone came and fixed the leak along with some electrical work under the sink. The team said someone was on the way but they did not show up until about 5 hours later. The cabinet under the sink was a mess when we arrived with a hanging outlet and I suspect the sink was leaking during your previous guests' visits. Cleaning crews or other guests should have noticed the leak as it was continuous and really leaked the longer you ran water. There were also ants on the kitchen counter when we arrived. Although we sprayed the ants and kept the place as clean as possible, we killed ants every day so recommend your place be treated for ants professionally (kitchen counter area and along the wall opposite of the washer/dryer). Bed and beach chairs were extremely comfortable. The online description was accurate specifically the very tight garage parking and noise from neighbors above. We also noticed that the side garage door was left opened a couple of times possibly from workers or guests from above unit. It may be good to remind people to fully close the side garage door. Thank you for the vacation.

Volleyball house

We had a very fun week celebrating our daughter's HS graduation and overall had a wonderful stay at this properfy. Most of the following is nit-picky but may make a difference to someone. It didn't bother us much as we expected a house right on the strand to be busy but the volleyball courts directly in front are active from before 7am until sunset. Was louder for the upstairs room when windows open as needed for air (see below). The beach garbage trucks also make their rounds very early everyday, however the building garbage/recycling bins were never emptied the week we were there and the area was overflowing with bags of trash with no room for recycling. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to make our meals. We appreciated the spices. One of my biggest irritations was the hot water. It took forever for the water to get hot. Being a California native living through years of severe drought this is unacceptable. Not sure if the heater is too old, too small or what but this should be remedied perhaps with a tankless unit. The house temperature was preset and a little warm for our preference with the heater coming on throughout the night. Had to open windows for upstairs but then was a bit loud from early AM. The living area is smaller than it appears with one chair and a small couch. Cramped for 4 people for our movie nights, would not sit 5.

Perfect location

Located on the southern portion of Mission Beach, this house was exactly what we expected. We had a great time. The only negative was parking. The spot we were give was too narrow for our jeep wrangler. Parking on street was tricky because you have to move your car for morning street sweeping Monday through Thurs. Next time we will uber there!
