We're new to VRBO, but check out our 48+ 5-star reviews on that other platform. This is an ideal home in Mission Beach, steps from the beach, ocean, boardwalk, and bay.
A very clean, quiet home on the sunny side of the court in South Mission Beach offers all you could desire for your next trip to San Diego. Family-friendly beach home offers the opportunity to make lifetime memories as you relax on the private patio, complete with a 6-person table and a grill, play games, ride bikes, & enjoy the ocean, beach, & bay. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation! Including spike ball, smash ball, corn hole, beach chairs, boogie boards & more.
There is no need to fight for parking with a private attached garage & room for 1 car. It Comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a deluxe California King, and bedroom #2 offers a bunk bed with a full-size mattress below a twin bed and a twin trundle. The master closet is locked off (owner's closet), but there is plenty of master dresser space & closet space in 2nd bedroom. Walking distance to several restaurants & convenience stores, & a 5-minute walk to Belmont Amusement Park. Sea World, downtown San Diego, Gas Lamp & Little Italy are all just minutes away.
Our guests love to brag about how clean and comfortable our beach house feels. We regularly hear, "This feels like home, not a vacation rental." We are very proud of creating that atmosphere & hope you enjoy it too.

Thank you for taking the time to look into our Beach Cottage. This amazing home has been a dream of ours since my wife attended college in San Diego many years ago. We are seasoned service industry professionals committed to providing you with the best experience. Combined, we have over 30 years of hospitality experience! She's worked in various roles with the Hyatt Regency, mostly serving guests in their fine dining restaurants.... fun fact: she had the honor to serve Margaret Thatcher and her entourage. Doug worked as a restaurant manager in the service industry for 10 years. His ability to identify and address guests' needs is invaluable when it comes to maximizing the guests' experience and comfort. Our goal is to exceed your every expectation by providing a first-class stay, providing every amenity you can possibly need to allow you to sit back, enjoy your stay, and leave the details to us. We have been fortunate enough to travel extensively and have stayed in STR in several different countries, and it is our commitment to use our hospitality history and travel experience to make our Dream Beach Cottage a destination you visit again and again! If you want to park your car at the beach and enjoy all that Mission Beach offers, including bikes, boogie boards, chairs, toys, umbrellas, beach games, and even a cooler, this is your home. Walking distance to several restaurants, including everything that Belmont Park has to offer (4-minute walk), then this is it. If you want to play volleyball on the beach and enjoy the crashing ocean waves on a much less crowded beach than most others, then this is it. If you want to stroll about 4 minutes to the east, you can enjoy the much milder surf on the bay side beach, which is great for little ones. Spend the day riding the boardwalk on 1 of the 4 bike cruisers that are offered, or just sitting out front on the "sunny side of the court" on your private patio, that works too. Whatever you want to do or not do, this is the home for you. We look forward to caring for your every need in a beautiful, updated, CLEAN home..... Thanks for choosing 746 Devon Ct.

This is not a rundown surf shack! It's a well-appointed, recently redecorated, family-friendly beach home, and the photos accurately represent the home's condition (which is why we have 5-star reviews). Seasoned Mission Beach travelers will tell you South Mission Beach is the best location because it's quiet and safe. Devon Court is one of the most beautiful and well-cared-for Courts in all of Mission Beach. Year-round owners occupy most homes, so this is not a party court, nor are parties allowed or tolerated. We've taken great pride in preparing a luxurious rental property, creating a seamless check-in & check-out system, and providing the best amenities to ensure lifelong beach memories.
