Beautiful & Peaceful Studio Near Famous Beaches with AC

Newly listed, tastefully decorated, spacious studio with AC is located 15 min away from the famous beaches, 5 min away from shopping centers, & tons of activities close by . Sleeps up to 3 people and an additional option to sleep up.
You can swim in the community pool, play tennis or play golf (small fee) on our gorgeous course. (All driving distance)
No Pets or smoking allowed. We require that all visitors adhere to the community quiet hours of 9pm to 8am. Kids deposit.
Host stays on site.
This studio will have a shared yard space with another unit on the premise. However nothing is shared other than the front gate to the house and the yards.
Guests may use washer and dryer only if they stay 3 days and longer in which we’ll provide the location of the machines.

Wonderful stay!

My son and I loved staying here! We had everything we needed and it was perfect! The neighborhood is so peaceful. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Miss it already!

This studio ohana had everything we needed; it was very clean and comfortable. The only down-side was the intenet connection was not as good as it could have been. Trying to watch a movie in the evening resulted in many interruptions and missing much of the movie. That being said, we were not there to watch movies so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Great value amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was excellent value. The property was quiet and clean. The host was so helpful and has very quick communication. We rented a car and could drive everywhere we needed to go on the island easily. Would stay again!

What is described as a studio is actually a garage conversion. Although the listing described a shared outdoor space, it did not mention that the entrance to the unit, which is a sliding glass door, was on the main walkway leading to a house full of people so privacy was only available with the drapes closed. Because of this and the shared wall between the unit and the house, we found this experience anything but "Peaceful" as described. We heard dishes, appliances, cupboards open and close, full on conversations and basically felt we were sharing the unit with everyone in the house. The host was attentive as far as communication but did refuse my request for a 50% refund. This was a very expensive vacation and I did not feel that the host cared about my unsatisfactory and frustrating experience.

Nice oversized cute and comfortable studio in a quiet neighborhood. All the basic nessesities for a short stay. Good location to beach, new shopping area and a good central location to enjoy the island.

Perfect

We stayed in the studio apartment a few days. The host is great with communication and the studio was the perfect size for my husband and I. I love how peaceful and quiet it was. Also provided are beach chairs, a boogie board and towels. We had a fantastic time.

Perfect little place

This was the perfect place for my partner and I. The property was exactly as described and actually the space was a tad larger than I thought. We used the space for sleeping and spent our days out and about so it worked for our needs. It was super clean and the host was responsive. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

Excellent quiet location

This is a roomy and comfortable large studio, with included kitchen. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, which was exactly what i was looking for. The ability to park in a designated off-street carport is a great plus. in short, i would be happy to stay again.

Everything You Need in Waikoloa Village

This property fit my spouse and I's needs perfectly in Waikoloa Village. The house was outfitted with all the home appliances and comforts we needed. It's close to a grocery store, coffee shop, and more. Plus 15 minutes from the beach. We will happily stay here again in the future!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the studio. It felt more spacious than we expected, and while the kitchen is compact, it has a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, and full size refrigerator which gives you everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, it was spotlessly clean and it had a great shower. We also really enjoyed the location because it is a very quick drive to the resort area or other less crowded beaches while being in a more quiet neighborhood for a good night's sleep. It's also a relatively quick drive North to see some beautiful spots like the Pololu Valley. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Basic but good

The host was very responsive to all my inquiries. The space was very clean and spacious with adequate kitchen facilities. The sofa/futon was not very comfortable to sit on. We would consider staying there again.

I was not provided with the access code at the time the rental started. I had to reach out to request it. The people in the attached unit were screaming. Seemed like a domestic violence type of thing. Also, I was sent a message for the other unit and was provided with their access code. Perhaps they mixed the two of us up, but Im assuming they were sent the access code to my unit. I would not recommend for security concerns.

Clean and spacious

This space was perfect for us. It was clean and the host was very communicative. We did not need to use the AC because there is great ventilation and it has a ceiling fan for perfect evening sleeping.

Great studio apartment

The property was clean and well-supplied. Included beach towels and beach chairs which we appreciated. More spacious than I expected. No view or outdoor seating, but both of those were consistent with the photos and lined up with the price. We needed a reasonably priced place for a short stay and this place fit the bill perfectly.
