Enjoy this one-bedroom, one-bathroom at Waikoloa Hills. Relax in the open living layout and take advantage of the great location. Play at the pool and relax outdoor, nice amenities with a great pool and BBQ area.

This quiet golf community of Waikoloa Village is nestled between the world-famous beaches of the resort coast and the shops and cooler weather of the town of Waimea.

Upon entry to this property, you have an open living area, with your kitchen, bar area, dining table, and open living room. Enjoy the lanai that is off the living area and fresh air. There is a lovely fireplace and television in the living area.

The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs in this home. The bedroom has a queen bed and lovely views out to the mountains.

Great place and an enjoyable place to call home for 6 days. Well-equipped kitchen and all around clean condo. Comfy bed and pretty much has everything you'd want!

This was a very well equipped condo. Many small appliances including an air fryer and an instapot. It was clean and they had cleaning supplies. There was a pool and hot tub for the complex which were just fine. The bathroom and bedroom were upstairs. This is just a comment as it was just the layout of the condo. My garmin gave me my stairs goal every day! It is very good overall. Small but private lanai at the back which was nice. Staying in Waikaloa Village is good. It’s only 12 minutes from Waikaloa and an easy drive.

What a great place! Quiet, clean and I especially liked listening to birds first thing in the morning. Conveniently located! You will love it here!

Nice Stay

I really enjoyed the ground floor lanai w/BBQ grill. Most condos require a trip to the pool area to grill food. Behind the condo was a natural gully w/large trees and natural habitat for enjoying birds.

The unit is in need of complete renovation. The unit was dirty with broken items. There was a rotten onion in the bottom of the oven, the garbage disposal switch was cracked and couldn’t be used. The TV is so high up that you have to stand in front of it and raise your hand to control it. The kitchen sink faucet doesn’t move and the bathroom faucet is rusted. The floor baseboard is filthy and hasn’t been cleaned in years. The welcome mat is in tatters. The cabinets are full of the owners shoes and personal paperwork. The unit is not inviting as shown in the photos.

Convenient Location

Nicely decorated condo with upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, toaster and coffee maker and more. The appliances appeared very new. When we arrived in December the unit was very warm, especially upstairs. It took a while to open screen doors and turn on all the fans to get it cooled down. Be aware there is no air conditioning. The unit is in a quiet location in the complex and the "Mountain View" is of a small hill directly across a dry creek bed in the back. We enjoyed the goats and turkeys that frequented the creek area each morning. We were unable to use the pool because it was so cold and that was disappointing. The hot tub worked extremely well. A convenient grocery store across the street and 15 minute drive to nice beach made it a good location for us.

Met my expectations

This was my first experience renting a home/condo. The complex location is close to Waikaloa village and golf course. The photos presented on the listing are accurate. The unit is on the ground floor. Has all the amenities needed to cook and do laundry. The weather was a bit hot when we were there and wish the unit has an AC. But there are lots of free standing fans that worked well. The bedroom is a bit small and having a chair and working desk just made the room smaller/tight for walking space. The bathroom can use an update. Lots of extra towels and linens in the closet.The TV in the living room is placed up on a high cabinet which made it uncomfortable for us. It would have been better if it was above the fireplace...the perfect spot.All in all, I was very happy with this place. Thank you.
