Enjoy a remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex that sleeps up to 5 people walking distance from charming downtown Apex. The home features 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, & an extra long twin bed. It is 1.5 blocks from Salem Street which is exploding w/ restaurants, live music, boutiques, wine & beer tasting, bakeries, coffee and ice cream shops, arts, local train station, skate & sports parks, recreation areas, & walking trails, farmers markets & festivals a short walk away . We take pride in offering a very clean & comfortable stay for all our guests . This is a NO Smoking home. Any evidence of smoking in or around the property will result in a fine / charge added to an account. The home is "pet friendly" pending approval with an additional pet fee . Please add any pet details at the time of your booking request .

The property was as advertised, clean and the host Veronica was very responsive. Property was pet-friendly which we very much appreciate! A fenced in yard would be the best however we were overall very pleased with our experience and would definitely stay there again!

My initial education & training was in hospital based Speech & Language Pathology . I have moved 10 times in 13 years , some internationally. So , friends & family have always stayed for extended periods of time . I always loved cooking a variety of foods , entertaining , & make my family & friends feel at home . These experiences created a great segway into hosting short to mid term rentals & the Realestate profession . Many of my clients enjoy the flexibility of staying here for extended periods while I help them find the right home, wait for their homes to be built , explore the surrounding communities to select the right location for them .

I absolutely love Charming Downtown Historic Apex . I love the idea of feeling comfortable strolling around the neighborhood, looking at the variety of charming homes , strolling into the shops, breweries , boutiques , restaurants, wine bars, bakeries etc. Not to mention ....the easy access to many festivals & activities that Salem street has to offer that are just around the corner from the home.
