As of March 2026, The Appalachian started a garage renovation project and also includes the small parking area up top. The garage will still be open during this project. In the months ahead, the community will also be upgrading several exterior surface areas, including the spaces behind the building near the pool, both entrances, and the areas surrounding the property along Route 94.

Great unit, clean & comfortable and close to so much in the area. Offering heated pool/hot tubs, cafe AND a bar on the premises. We always enjoy staying at the appalachian and any time we can get one of the rooms offered by this owner, we know we can expect the best!!

Host sent detailed communication prior to check in with all the information we would need. The host was also very responsive with an issue of a possible left item after the trip. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! Located directly next to the pools/hot tubs/sauna so the whole family was very happy after a day if skiing.

Great Spot & Great Host

We arrived a bit early, prior to our check-in time. I contacted the host to check and see if there was any chance we could check-in early, and we were in luck. The host was able to give us access to the unit early as it was already prepared for our stay. The host responded promptly and was a breeze to deal with. The room was very nice, clean, had streaming on the TV's and the setup was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this space if you are traveling to the area. I great setup!

I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect; the apartment is clean and a great size for my little family: and the host is very accommodating. Also, you can't beat watching fireworks right out your living room window.
