On site is a heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, fitness gym, outdoor infinity pool, sun deck, putting green, conference room, security, and parking for 2 cars. The condo has a full washer and dryer, flat screen smart TVs, soaps, paper goods, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Max occupancy 6, no exceptions due to city ordinance. All kitchen conveniences and basic condiments are available to include coffee supplies, cookware, dinnerware, and barware. Beach towels and accessories provided. Highchair and infant pack N play are provided. Condo does practice quiet hours from 10pm until 9am daily and parties and events are discouraged. The minimum age for primary renter is 25. Military members may have the minimum age waived. Unfortunately, no smoking or pets.
Gulfport is conveniently located 75 miles to New Orleans and only a few minutes to quaint areas like Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian and Ocean Springs. Nightlife, casinos, restaurants, and museums in Biloxi only a 5-minute drive. Restaurants, beaches, and fishing are within walking distance.
