Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

• Max occupancy of 9 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

• Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

• After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.

• Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

• Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

5 Days in Gulfport

We had a great time. Location is outstanding and the accommodations are excellent. The twin beds are ideal for our granddaughters. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Get Away

We have stayed at Sienna before. Always a great stay. The facility is very upscale and quiet. The units are excellent and comfortable. We plan on returning in the fall.

Listing is accurate! Very nice condo right across from the Gulf. Updated amenities throughout, beds were comfortable, nice sized patio, plenty of seating in and out for a family. Nice pool area, clean and secure building and parking lot. It was also nice to have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. No complaints here, our family enjoyed everything, would definitely stay again.

Gulfport getaway

Our stay was outstanding, exceeding expectations! The condo was spacious and beautiful. We had plenty of space to enjoy and a gorgeous view of the water. The location was close to all the action and great restaurants too.

The pool was nice, but I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. For the price we paid for our stay, everything should be in working order.

Family Beach Trip

My family was amazed at this condo! Totally exceeded expectations and met all our needs. We will definitely use them again for our next beach trip! We loved the town , going to New Orleans was just a short drive, and Biloxi was fun. Overall we are impressed.

Great time in a great environment

We were in Gulfport/Biloxi area for Spring Break. My oldest son had a high school baseball tournament. This condo was the perfect stay. Conveniently located to anything and everything needed and/or wanted. Great views of the beach and Gulf of America. Well maintained and very secure. My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. We will definitely return to this condo again.

Very clean. Would have liked to invite family members to come and visit inside and have a meal. Didn't need to open pool area to them. But it would have been nice to grill with them.

Fab 5 Getaway

A group of 5 friends for over 50 years got together to celebrate all of us turning 70 years old this year. It was a fabulous weekend. The property was beautiful. The condo was wonderful. It was very well furnished, kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of a toaster. We needed a toaster!! And, we cannot wait to do it again!

Beach Weekend

Spent one day at Ship Island. Water was really good. Beach was ok and lots of fish and crabs to see. Rented chairs and beach umbrella there so we didn’t have to pack that stuff. Fort was closed but park services did a good job explaining. The beach in front of the condo looked good but the water was awful. Looked like mud washing up on shor with July fish.
