The Top Deck is a brand-new, fully furnished apartment for adults seeking a deluxe and relaxing vacation space. It features an open floor plan with over 2000 sq. ft of living space. The beautiful windows provide views all the way down the main street, along with a fresh breeze off the harbor. Centrally located in the heart of Beaver Island, you can enjoy the island in style during your stay.

Leave your worries behind and fully embrace your stay. This rental features two bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen bed, along with a full-size fold-out futon for additional sleeping arrangements. All linens are provided for your convenience, and you'll have access to a shared laundry facility. Enjoy entertainment options with Netflix, and complimentary Internet included.

You will be staying above the historic St. James Boat Shop. Established in 2017, our shop continues the legacy of craftsmanship started by Dan Burton and his family. Since 1985, we have specialized in creating handcrafted cherry wood boats and buckets. If you have any questions or need assistance planning your trip to Beaver Island, we are here to help. We can assist with arranging tours, travel, rentals, and event planning, as well as provide valuable advice for an unforgettable vacation experience. The property was great. Very clean and spacious. Everyone around the prot was friendly and helpful.There could have been a bit more instruction on check in. At the time of this review you go to the St. James boat house. Around the side are stairs. Your name will be on an unlocked door of one of the rooms.

Our rental is newly completed, furnished, and designed to provide a comfortable experience for our guests. We acknowledge that a couple of pieces of trim in the bathroom are not yet installed, but the space is beautiful and features a deep tub. We are actively working to complete these minor finishing touches. Additionally, the new bathroom fan style is designed to operate as a silent air return, enhancing overall comfort in the space. We also want to address the window that is currently under repair. We understand how important it is for everything to be in perfect condition, and we are committed to ensuring that every aspect of the rental meets our high standards.

Super location and friendly staff at the shop below that checked us in quickly. Top floor apartment was spacious and came with everything needed: towels, linens, soaps, refrigerator, stocked kitchenware and more. Walking distance to boat dock, grocery store, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful and well equipped with everything you may need. Carol was great to work with and answered any questions iI had. We also got a rental car from her (Burtons) that was dropped of waiting for us at the marina. I will 100% be booking again for our next visit.
