Spectacular waterfront (175 feet) has a stone fireplace and two wade in natural beaches. There are four kayaks and sunfish sailboat available for your use. Rent a larger boat down the road at the marina or bring your own and park it at the private waterfront dock.

Large back yard offers plenty of room for the kids to play. A private lake view patio is nestled off the kitchen and is a relaxing spot to drink your morning coffee or enjoy a meal with the family. Relax by the hot tub with views of Canandaigua Lake. Gather on the large, enclosed porch - play a game, read a book, or gaze over the lake. The game room offers a TV, billiards table and darts.
