Walk to Orange Tree Golf! 10 min drive to Waste Management Phx Open, 10 min to Kierland, 15 min to Old Town Scottsdale, 20 min to the airport or downtown Phoenix.

The Ashby was constructed in 2022 and designed for the most discerning guests. All of the comforts of home await, including:
- Kitchen: Breakfast bar, brand new appliances, fully stocked with dining essentials and coffee/tea. Just bring food, everything else you need awaits. Refrigerator/freezer/ice maker/filtered water, Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop, convection microwave oven, blender, dishes, cookware, condiments, seasonings.
- Family Room: Curl up with a blanket on the sectional and enjoy the 55" TV, play games or peruse the guide book with many local recommendations.
- Primary Bedroom: Guests rave about the plush king bed and hotel linens, 50" TV, quiet workspace with courtyard view, wifi, spacious closet, yoga mat, iron and ironing board.
- Secondary Bedroom: Double/full bed with twin trundle which creates more sleep space than a king. 40" TV and custom barn door.
***Note: The bathroom can only be accessed through the secondary bedroom.***
- Bathroom: Refreshing shower, fluffy white towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up cloths, quality hair dryer.

There is home construction occurring on the property next door. These are one-acre lots, so noise is usually minimal, but may occur from time to time.
