Just steps to Entertainment, Arts, Shopping, Dining and the Canal Waterfront. Great location to all casinos and close to the Giants spring training baseball stadium.

Tons of activities such as mountain biking, hiking at Camelback Mountain, and stroll the Soleri Bridge along the canal.

After a long day of shopping and sightseeing, take a dip in the nearby gated courtyard pool.

Ryan was an amazing host and gave us so many great restaurant and activity recommendations for our short trip to Scottsdale. The apartment is so cute, has really good air conditioning and is walkable to Old Town and a ton of shops. Plus the pool is right out your front door. I highly recommend this apartment.

This is a great retro property in old Scottsdale with the cutest little coffee place to start your day right around the corner. Ryan was very helpful and we enjoyed the swimming pool in the center courtyard of the complex. The AC unit is loud but provides a soothing white noise. Would stay again for this great walkable location!!!

This was a safe and fun location near Old Town. The accommodations were exactly as described. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost-friendly option in South Scottsdale. The owners went above and beyond with the little "extras" left for us, such as sunscreen, coffee, and even Band-Aids!

Liked this place and the host(s). The parking for one auto was easy...the instuctions were so easy even I couldn't get lost getting here. The bedrooms are nice very comfortable. The access to washer and dryer was perfect for washing a few days clothes. I can't say enough. The kitchen was better stocked than my own. Truly exceptional. I am already looking forward to my next trip and staying here 10 out of 5 stars you can't go wrong here

Loved our stay in Scottsdale! The place was perfect for 2 couples in town for golf. Great location with easy access to Old Town and also next door to the best coffee and breakfast shop! Ryan communicated well and check-in / check-out were both easy. Highly recommend!

Great location and perfect place to stay for a couple of dudes on a golf trip. Being within easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants in Old Town and having a great coffee shop across the street are a real bonus. Pool is steps away from the door and was a welcome respite after golf. Ryan was also extremely responsive. Understated benefit - the parking spot is so close to the condo that you can see your car right out the bathroom window.

This property was wonderful! The owner is very responsive and answered all of my questions. The property itself is spacious and very comfortable. I especially appreciated that there are king beds in both bedrooms. Another plus is that the pool is just steps from the unit. The location is fabulous. It is so close to downtown Scottsdale as well as a very nice indoor mall. I really enjoyed walking around the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place. It was extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was excellent. In walking distance to Old Town and a short drive to many nearby activities. Ryan picked up quickly on our first night there to provide directions as it was already dark outside by the time we arrived. He was a thoughtful host and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen as we cooked many times also during our stay.

Very clean and had everything you need for a nice stay. The kitchen is well equipped, including coffee, though there is a nice coffee shop close by to walk to. It’s very convenient to walk to Old Town restaurants and shops. The owner is responsive to questions and what you need. I would stay there again.

Our stay at this property was very pleasant. Ryan is an excellent host and very communicative. I had something shipped from Amazon to his address and he made sure it was ready for us to use before we got there. Overall the property is very nicely kept, clean and convenient location. We loved our place! It was the perfect size for us and Ryan was an amazing host. He answered all of my questions and made sure I had all of the necessary information ahead of time. My sister stayed nearby and our place was far better. I would definitely stay here again!!

We love to explore the world, but for 2020 we 'made lemonade' out of the year and ventured to our neighboring state of Arizona to see all that it has to offer.

Per our friend's suggestion, we explored Scottsdale and it was love at first sight!

Just recently, we uprooted from California and moved full-time to the Phoenix area.

We happily share our 'pride and joy' with those looking to explore Scottsdale.

Location, location, location!!

Whenever we travel, having instant amenities to 'all the fun things' is of the highest priority. This Scottsdale residence is no exception.

Being one who enjoys exercise and leisurely walks, our place is conveniently located close to restaurants, retail shops, movie theatre and nightlife.

One could walk into and around 'Old Town ' and not feel the need for a car during their time in this historic neighborhood.

This adds a certain charm, in our humble opinions, to one's overall experience during their stay.

We tried to adhere to the balance of a mid-century vibe while providing the updated amenities.
